A loudspeaker having a cylindrical sound-producing membrane includes an acoustic lens which radially surrounds the membrane. The membrane is composed of wire mesh formed into a cylinder. The cylindrical membrane is positioned on the magnet structure by an inner supporting cylindrical core column. Sound from the membrane is fractionally redirected by the lens which is centered along the axis of the membrane. The lens includes a plurality of radially disposed petals that reflect a portion of the sound. The base of the lens supports and mounts the loudspeaker magnet and driver assembly.

Disclosed is a reinforcing part for a speaker diaphragm. The reinforcing part includes a body layer, and the body layer includes through-holes penetrating surfaces of two sides of the body layer. The reinforcing part further includes fillers located within the through holes and configured for heat conduction. The fillers have a thermal conductivity higher than that of the body layer. The reinforcing part of the present invention improves the heat conduction capability between two sides of a support layer by providing through holes on the support layer and providing a heat-conducting filler within the through holes.

The anisotropic cone structure includes a baseline cone material and a different, compatible second material. The cone includes a body having a conical cross-section, an interior side, an exterior side, and concentric circles of material alternating between a soft material and a rigid material. Circumferential grooves disposed within the concentric circles include rigid material. Concentric circles including rigid material line the interior side of the body. Substantially all the soft material of the concentric circles is disposed on the exterior side of the cone. Spokes disposed on the exterior side of the cone extend from a base toward a vertex of the cone.

According to the sensitive diaphragm of the present disclosure, the annular rim structure is separated by the non-closed region.

Speaker unit and speaker device

Provided are a speaker unit and a speaker device. A main body of the speaker unit is a rectangular bowl-shaped structure, and comprises a suspension system, a magnetic circuit system having an annular magnetic gap, and a bowl-shaped frame connecting the suspension system and the magnetic circuit system. The bowl-shaped frame accommodates the suspension system and the magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system is fixed to the interior of the bowl-shaped frame. The suspension system comprises a diaphragm and at least one voice coil connected to a bottom portion of the diaphragm. The magnetic circuit system comprises at least one magnetic circuit assembly matching the voice coil. One end of the voice coil is connected to the diaphragm by means of a voice coil frame. The other end of the voice coil is suspended within an annular magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit assembly. The voice coil can perform piston-like reciprocating motion in an axial direction in the annular magnetic gap so as to push the diaphragm to vibrate and emit sound. The present invention employs multiple engines to drive the same diaphragm to vibrate, such that vibration is more uniform and stable, thereby reducing nonlinear vibration, and controlling a magnitude of resistance (RE). The invention has a wide range of applications and an attractive appearance, and realizes efficient heat dissipation.

The present invention provides a multi-engine array system and a loudspeaker. The multi-engine array system comprises at least two engine assemblies; the at least two engine assemblies are mounted, in an array, at the bottom of a basin stand of a loudspeaker, each of the engine assemblies comprises a voice coil configured with a voice coil skeleton and a magnetic circuit system which provides a magnetic field for the voice coil, the magnetic circuit system comprising a magnetic bowl, a magnet and a magnetic conductive plate, the magnetic bowl being mounted at the bottom of the basin stand, the magnet and the magnetic conductive plate being located within the magnetic bowl, a magnetic gap being formed between the magnetic bowl, the magnet and the magnetic conductive plate, the voice coil being suspended in the magnetic gap, and cross sections of the voice coil and the magnetic circuit system both being rectangular. The present invention has a wide application range, is able to effectively reduce power consumption, improve efficiency of the loudspeaker, reduce resonance frequency and improve heat dissipation effects, and is able to reduce various distortions such as nonlinear distortion by means of cooperation and restriction of multiple engine assemblies.

The auxiliary magnetic body includes first auxiliary magnetic bodies each including main body portion and extension portion. The main body portion is recessed towards side surfaces of two first side edges to form grooves, the main magnetic body protrudes towards the grooves, and the pair of first side edges protrude towards the grooves, respectively. The sounding device can not only enable the auxiliary magnetic body to be more evenly surrounding the voice coil, but also enable the voice coil to have longer circumference with a same magnetic circuit area, thereby increasing BL value.
