Radially arcuated unistructural speaker cone with segmented dome
An unistructurally formed acoustic speaker cone unit includes (a) a suspension ring with at least one continuous loop rib; (b) a central dome-shaped cone with thin, arcuate pie-shaped segments which radiate outwardly, and with a plurality of arc ribs; and (c) a main diaphragm having a plurality of segments radiating outwardly and extending to the suspension ring. Each main diaphragm segment has an arcuate cross-section, thereby creating a concave side and a convex side. The central cone segments are preferably equal in number to the diaphragm segments and are in alignment therewith.

The present disclosure discloses a diaphragm for radiating sound, includes: a dome part and a suspension part surrounding the dome part. The suspension part includes a first subgroup, a second subgroup, and a third subgroup arranged in a sequence, the first subgroup being close to the dome part, the third subgroup away from the dome part, and the second subgroup between the first and third subgroups. Each of the first, second, and third subgroups includes a number of patterns arranged along a circumference direction of the dome part. Selected patterns in the second subgroup are opposite to corresponding patterns in the first subgroup, and selected patterns in the second subgroup are opposite to corresponding patterns in the third subgroup; and each corner of the suspension part is provided with the first subgroup, the second subgroup and the third subgroup.
Dome tweeter
This disclosure provides a dome tweeter, including a vibrating diaphragm, a surround, a voice coil, and a magnetic circuit. The vibrating diaphragm includes a dome portion. One end of the surround is connected to the dome portion of the vibrating diaphragm. The voice coil is located below the vibrating diaphragm. The magnetic circuit is located below the voice coil and includes a T-shaped yoke iron, the center of the T-shaped yoke iron is provided with a through hole, and the through hole faces a central position of the vibrating diaphragm.
ULTRATHIN ASSEMBLED SPEAKER CONE
An ultrathin assembled speaker cone includes a support frame and a vibrating diaphragm. The support frame has a first support portion, a second support portion, and a connecting portion connected between the first support portion and the second support portion. Through the vibrating diaphragm, the problem that the conventional speaker cone is not sufficiently lightweight is effectively solved, and the material of the vibrating diaphragm may have more diverse options.
DIAPHRAGM FOR A RECEIVER
An acoustic receiver diaphragm includes a frame with an opening extending therethrough. A paddle is disposed in the opening, and a gap extends between portions of the paddle and the frame. A hinge connects the paddle to the frame. The hinge has a coined portion, and the paddle is movable relative to the frame upon flexing the coined portion of the hinge. A portion of the frame, the paddle, and the hinge form an unassembled, single-piece substantially planar member.
SPEAKER WITH HIDDEN FOLDING RING
The present invention provides a speaker with a hidden folding ring comprising a basin frame, a magnetic circuit system mounted on the basin frame, a voice coil disposed in a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit system and a diaphragm. The diaphragm is of a concave structure, and an outer edge end of the diaphragm is connected to an inner bracket of the basin frame through a folding ring. The folding ring is located inside the diaphragm, so that a cavity is formed between the folding ring and the basin frame. An inner peripheral end of the diaphragm is engaged to the voice coil. The present invention effectively increases the radiation area of the diaphragm, and obtains a higher SPL than the existing speaker of the same size, thereby improving the acoustic performance of the speaker. In addition, the present invention may ensure the safe use of the speaker, eliminates the influence from the reflected wave under the folding ring, may maximize the reduction of the height of the speaker, and has a wide application range.
MEMS chip
The present invention discloses a Micro-Electro-Mechanical System MEMS) chip including a substrate with a back cavity; a capacitance system disposed on the substrate including a back plate, a membrane opposite to the back plate forming an inner cavity; a protruding portion accommodated in the inner cavity, fixed on one of the back plate and the membrane and spaced apart from the other along a vibration direction; a reinforce portion fixed to the membrane, having an area smaller than that of the membrane; a support system configured to support the capacitance system, including a first fixation portion suspending the membrane on the substrate, and a second fixation portion suspending the back plate on the substrate. The MEMS chip has higher sensitivity, higher resonance frequency and higher low frequency property.
Conductive film for a sound generation device and the sound generation device
The present disclosure discloses a conductive film for a sound generation device and the sound generation device, the conductive film comprises a conductive layer and base material layers provided at two sides thereof, the conductive layer comprises a first conductive layer on an inner side portion, a second conductive layer on a deformation portion and a third conductive layer on an outer side portion, two ends of the second conductive layer are respectively electrically connected to the first and third conductive layers, the first, second and third conductive layers are connected to form at least one conductive path, each of the first and third conductive layers is made of a metal sheet, Young's modulus of the second conductive layer is smaller than the metal sheet. The conductive film has conductivity, it can be used as a sound generation diaphragm and a supporting diaphragm.
Underwater speaker
The present disclosure provides an underwater speaker. The underwater speaker includes an outer shell, with a circuit board arranged inside, a speaker, and a lampshade with a first opening at the top. The speaker is electrically connected to the circuit board. The luminescent body is arranged on the circuit board. The luminescent body is oriented towards the interior of the lampshade, and a graphic mapping unit is formed on the lampshade. This embodiment uses the speaker to play audio and achieve the function of an underwater speaker. When the luminescent body emits light, the light can be mapped onto the water. This improves the multiplicity and effect of light and shadow, and meets users' needs for complex and multi-element light and shadow effects.
SPEAKER
A speaker includes a main-cone and a sub-cone. Linear thin portions configured to reduce a plate thickness of the sub-cone are formed on a region containing at least any one of an outer side and an inner side of the sub-cone. Each of the linear thin portions has both of a component in a radial direction and a component in a circumferential direction of the sub-cone. The linear thin portion and the linear thin portion cross each other at an intersection. With this configuration, stiffness of the whole sub-cone is reduced to enhance a divided vibration of the sub-cone. In particular, a vibrational displacement of an outer peripheral portion of the sub-cone, from which a sound is mainly radiated, is increased.
