Speaker apparatus

A speaker apparatus capable of operating in a large amplitude regime by minimizing magnetic loss, is provided. The speaker device includes a magnet configured to generate a magnetic flux, a pole piece configured to form a path of the magnetic flux generated by the magnet, a back plate provided at a lower end of the pole piece to support the magnet, and a plate provided to form a magnetic gap between the plate and the pole piece. Several plates may be provided so that the magnetic gap is expanded to enlarge amplitude of output sound.

A magnetic circuit includes: a magnet including a first and a second surface; a top plate disposed on the first surface; a bottom plate coupled magnetically with the second surface; and a yoke coupled magnetically with the bottom plate and disposed so as to protrude from the bottom plate along a first direction. The second surface is parallel to the first surface. The first and the second surfaces are magnetized. The yoke includes a magnetic pole face that opposes the top plate. In a portion where the magnetic pole face is formed, of the yoke, a magnetic saturation part is disposed to generate magnetic saturation. The magnetic saturation part has a shape in which an area of a cross section perpendicular to the first direction decreases with nearness to a tip of the yoke along the first direction.

The voice coil assembly includes at least one group of conductive coils and a heat accumulator in thermally conductive contact with the at least one group of conductive coils, and the heat accumulator absorbs and accumulates heat when a temperature of the voice coil assembly reaches a target temperature.

Audio device transducers are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the audio device transducer comprises a coil, first and second terminals each disposed adjacent a first side of the coil, and first and second conductors each electrically coupled to the coil. The first conductor extends from the first end of the coil to the first terminal, and the second end extends from a second end of the coil to the second terminal. The second conductor includes a first conductive pathway and a second conductive pathway spaced apart from the first conductive pathway such that the coil is disposed between the first conductive pathway and the second conductive pathway. In some embodiments, the first conductive pathway is symmetric to the second conductive pathway about an axis extending through the coil.

Disclosed is a magnetic field shielding apparatus including an energy transmitter configured to generate a magnetic field, an energy receiver configured to receive the magnetic field generated by the energy transmitter, and a magnetic shield configured to shield a leaked magnetic field that is not received by the energy receiver, the magnetic shield including at least one closed region through which the leaked magnetic field passes, and at least one open region including a protrusion through which the leaked magnetic field moves to an inside of the magnetic field shielding apparatus after absorbed into the closed region.

In some embodiments, digital audio data is also supplied by the Ethernet connection, and in other embodiments digital audio data is wirelessly supplied. In some embodiments, the control circuitry is mounted on a printed circuit board (PCB) and includes a digital to analog converter and an amplifier. In some embodiments the printed circuit board has a semi-annular shape and is mounted to the speaker around a transducer of the speaker. The speaker includes an electromagnetic shield surrounding portions of the transducer proximate to the printed circuit board.

A double-sided sounding device is disclosed. The double-sided sounding device includes an upper vibration system and a lower vibration system. The upper vibration system includes an upper voice coil, and the lower vibration system includes a lower voice coil. The upper voice coil includes a first voice coil and a second voice coil respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the lower voice coil along a direction of a long axis of the double-sided sounding device. The double-sided sounding device reduces the product width, has symmetrical electromagnetic force performances of the upper voice coil and the lower voice coil, and eliminates mutual interferences between the upper voice coil and the lower voice coil when working.

The present invention discloses a speaker structure, including a vibration assembly, a magnetic circuit system, a speaker housing and shields, wherein the speaker housing is configured to carry the vibration assembly and the magnetic circuit system; the shields are disposed on the speaker housing; the shields are made of a magnetically conductive material to form a magnetic shield surrounding the speaker structure; and the shield may be embedded inside the speaker housing and/or mounted on an outer surface of the speaker housing. The speaker structure provided by the present invention can effectively prevent a magnetic flux leakage phenomenon without affecting its sound performance; and meanwhile, the shields do not additionally occupy a space inside an electronic device where it is mounted.
