Electro-magnetic motor geometry with radial ring and axial pole magnet
An electro-acoustic transducer includes a diaphragm and an electro-magnetic motor that is coupled to the diaphragm. The motor includes a voice coil and a magnetic circuit that defines an air gap within which the voice coil is at least partially disposed. The magnetic circuit includes a first, axially polarized permanent magnet that provides a first magnetic flux path and a second, radially polarized permanent magnet that provides a second magnetic flux path. The first and second magnetic flux paths are arranged to interact with the voice coil to drive motion of the diaphragm.
Loudspeaker assembly, sound generating apparatus and electronic device
A loudspeaker assembly and an electronic device are provided. The loudspeaker assembly includes: a loudspeaker body and a magnetic shielding cover. The magnetic shielding cover is arranged at a side of a sound radiation face of the loudspeaker body and defines a sound transmission hole. The magnetic shielding cover is a ferromagnetic cover. The magnetic shielding cover is configured to prevent at least partial magnetic flux at the side of the sound radiation face of the loudspeaker body from passing through the magnetic shielding cover and conduct the at least partial magnetic flux to an inertial magnetic field of the loudspeaker body. Magnetic induction of a portion of the magnetic shielding cover away from a periphery of the sound transmission hole is greater than that of a portion of the magnetic shielding cover close to the periphery of the sound transmission hole.
SPEAKER
A vibrating unit includes a diaphragm and a bobbin, and a voice coil is secured to the bobbin. A detecting unit includes a moving magnet and a magnetic sensor. The magnetic sensor is disposed in a space surrounded by the bobbin, whereas the moving magnet is secured to an outer surface of the bobbin. Therefore, even when the moving magnet and a damper member move backward significantly, the magnetic sensor is prevented from being hit by the moving magnet and the damper member.
LOUDSPEAKER MAGNETIC CIRCUIT AND LOUDSPEAKER EQUIPPED WITH SAME
A magnetic circuit includes: a magnet including a first and a second surface; a top plate disposed on the first surface; a bottom plate coupled magnetically with the second surface; and a yoke coupled magnetically with the bottom plate and disposed so as to protrude from the bottom plate along a first direction. The second surface is parallel to the first surface. The first and the second surfaces are magnetized. The yoke includes a magnetic pole face that opposes the top plate. In a portion where the magnetic pole face is formed, of the yoke, a magnetic saturation part is disposed to generate magnetic saturation. The magnetic saturation part has a shape in which an area of a cross section perpendicular to the first direction decreases with nearness to a tip of the yoke along the first direction.
CONTROL APPARATUS
A control apparatus that bidirectionally communicates with a control unit based on a preset time-sharing method includes: a plurality of devices each installed on a different substrate; a communication controller daisy-chained to the control unit via a bus line through which bidirectional communication of communication data is performed, the communication data having a data structure having a band in which data to be communicated between the plurality of devices is superimposable; and a cable configured to connect at least one device of the plurality of devices to the communication controller.
Speaker
A speaker includes a vibration system including a vibrating diaphragm and a flat voice coil for driving the vibrating diaphragm; a magnetic circuit system including two separated permanent magnets with opposite magnetic poles thereof facing each other; a magnetic gap formed between the permanent magnets for partially receiving the flat voice coil; and a housing for accommodating the vibrational system and the magnetic circuit system. Magnetic conductive plates are attached to external surfaces of the permanent magnets. The housing includes a through-hole with a shape matched with the magnetic conductive plates, a wall of the housing has support steps located in the through-hole, and the magnetic conductive plates are placed in the through-hole and are fixed on the support steps.
DUAL MAGNETIC CIRCUITS STRUCTURE AND SOUND DEVICE
The present disclosure provides a dual magnetic circuits structure and a sound device, the dual magnetic circuits structure includes a shell and an inner magnetic assembly, the shell is made of a magnetically permeable material, the inner magnetic assembly is arranged in the shell and includes a first inner magnetic element and a second inner magnetic element, a first magnetic gap, a second magnetic gap, an outer diameter of the second inner magnetic element is greater than that of the first inner magnetic element. Therefore, compared to the existing dual magnetic circuits structure, the dual magnetic circuits structure provided by the present invention has the advantage that the thickness of the whole dual magnetic path structure can be effectively reduced while ensuring that the vibration spaces and winding heights of the first voice coil and the second voice coil are not changed.
SOUND GENERATOR
Disclosed is a sound generator, including a bracket, a magnetic circuit system, a first vibration system, and a second vibration system. The bracket has a first opening and a second opening that face opposite directions. The magnetic circuit system is used for driving the first vibration system and the second vibration system to generate sound in different directions. The first vibration system includes a first voice coil, the second vibration system includes a second voice coil, and the magnetic circuit system includes a first magnet, a second magnet, and a third magnet. The first voice coil is sleeved on outer sides of the first magnet and the second magnet simultaneously, and the second voice coil is sleeved on outer sides of the second magnet and the third magnet simultaneously. In the present invention, the loudness of sound generated by the sound generator may be improved.

The present application relates to a sound production unit and a speaker. The sound production unit includes: a frame, where the frame has a receiving space; a magnetic path system, where the magnetic path system is arranged in the receiving space, and a magnetic gap is formed in the magnetic path system; a vibration system, where the vibration system includes a first diaphragm and a second, a first voice coil assembly inserted into the magnetic gap to drive the first diaphragm to vibrate to produce a sound, and a second voice coil assembly inserted into the magnetic gap to drive the second diaphragm to vibrate to produce a sound; and an end cover. Vibrations of the sound production unit or the speaker and the like can be counteracted; cophase stacking can also be performed on sound waves; and the acoustics effect of the speaker is enhanced.
