A speaker includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system and the magnetic circuit system are respectively disposed on the frame. The vibration system includes a sound film, flexible circuit boards, a connecting rack, and a voice coil. The flexible circuit boards are disposed at intervals with the sound film. The connecting rack is connected with the sound film and the flexible circuit boards. The voice coil is fixed to the connecting rack. The voice coil includes a first voice coil and a second voice coil, and the second voice coil surrounds outside the first voice coil. The speaker of the present disclosure effectively solves the problem of supplying power to the first voice coil during the voice coil driving. The voice coil driving effectively improves the BL, provides a larger driving force, and improves sensitivity, so that performance of the speaker is better.
Planar magnetic electro-acoustic transducer having multiple diaphragms
A multi-diaphragm planar magnetic electro-acoustic transducer is provided, having a plurality of diaphragms arranged in one or more diaphragm modules. Each diaphragm comprises a substrate and at least one electrically conductive circuit on at least one surface of the substrate. Each diaphragm module comprises at least one diaphragm, each held taut by a frame. Each diaphragm module is disposed to one side or the other of at least one planar magnetic array, the diaphragm module being parallel to and aligned with the planar magnetic array to form the multi-diaphragm planar magnetic transducer. The planar magnets many have a vertical arrangement, a sideways arrangement, a staggered arrangement, and may comprise stators and/or a low reluctance backing plate or channel piece. The planar magnet arrays can be linear or circular.
Sound Transducer
An apparatus including a frame; a coil movably connected to the frame; and a magnet system connected to the frame. The magnet system includes at least one magnet and at least one pole piece connected to the at least one magnet. The at least one pole piece include a magnet pot. A cross sectional length of the magnet pot and the frame are substantially the same in at least one cross sectional location.
Compact electrical device and electrodynamic loudspeaker, electric motor, stirring device and adjustable clutch based thereon
An electrical device comprises a stack of electric elements, each comprising: an electrically insulating substrate, for instance of plastic, and at least one electrically conductive track connected to said substrate; the end zones of each of which tracks have terminals either for connection to a source of electrical energy, whereby electric current is conducted through each track during operation, or connection to a device for taking off electric current generated by magnetic induction in the track; which electric elements are connected mechanically to each other such that the device is unitary.
Sensory signal output apparatus
The present invention relates to a sensory signal output apparatus, and more particularly, to a sensory signal output apparatus for generating a sound or a vibration force, in which a magnetic circuit thereof is vibrating in response to an alternating signal of the coil fixed to a case, the magnetic circuit being elastically rebounded and supported by an elastic rebound body, and the elastic rebound body being fixed to an open part of the case; wherein elastic rebound and support paths of the elastic rebound body are traversing the center of the open part of the case in a straight line having the shortest distance, are three-dimensionally traversing such that both the side ends and the middle part thereof have an altitude difference therebetween, and elastically rebounds and supports the magnetic circuit.
Speaker module
A speaker module is disclosed, which comprises an inner cavity defined by a shell, and a magnetic circuit system and a vibrating system arranged inside the inner cavity, wherein the vibrating system comprises a vibrating diaphragm fixed in the inner cavity, a voice coil is fixed to a lower end of the vibrating diaphragm, a first induction coil is provided to an upper end of the vibrating diaphragm, the voice coil is electrically connected with the first induction coil via its down-lead, and a second induction coil is provided above the first induction coil for electrically connecting a terminal device. When the speaker module operates, the terminal device conducts a current signal of an external audio to the second induction coil, so that the second induction coil generates a magnetic field which changes along with the change of the audio signal current.
Speaker
A speaker in the present disclosure includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, a frame fixed to the magnetic circuit, a voice coil disposed in the magnetic gap, a cylindrical bobbin around which the voice coil is formed, and a diaphragm configured so that the inner circumferential side of the diaphragm is fixed to the bobbin and the outer edge of the diaphragm is supported by the frame with an edge member intervening therebetween. The diaphragm has an elliptical shape that is non-axisymmetric with respect to a center axis passing through the center of the bobbin. The diaphragm is formed by vacuum molding of a sheet-like raw material (thermoplastic CFRP sheet) in which long-fiber fillers are oriented in one direction in a thermoplastic resin. The orientation of the long-fiber fillers is set so as to match the short-axis direction of the diaphragm.
VIBRATION ACTUATOR
