SPEAKER
The present disclosure provides a speaker which includes a frame, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are accommodated in the frame, where the magnetic circuit system is configured to drive the vibration system to vibrate and produce sound. The vibration system includes a diaphragm for vibrating and producing sound and a voice coil for driving the diaphragm to vibrate, and the magnetic circuit system includes a yoke fixedly connected to one end of the frame away from the diaphragm and a magnet assembled on the yoke. The vibration system further includes an iron core for driving the diaphragm to vibrate, and the voice coil is wound around the iron core. Compared with a related technology, the speaker provided in the present disclosure has a better acoustic effect.
Corrosion resistant magnet assembly
Embodiments of the disclosure pertain to methods of plating magnets with a stack of layers such that the resulting magnet assembly has improved corrosion resistance. Embodiments of the disclosure are also directed to magnet assemblies formed by such methods. Some embodiments include a High Phosphorus Electroless Nickel (HiPEN) layer with Phosphorus content greater than 11% by weight.
Loudspeaker unit with multiple drive units
Loudspeaker unit with a membrane (2) and a plurality of drive units (5) driving the membrane (2). Each of the plurality of drive units (5) has n voice coils (3) and at least n+1 magnets (4), n being an integer larger than or equal to 1. The magnets (4) have an axial magnetization and are stacked in axial direction with similar pole parts of adjacent ones of the at least n+1 magnets facing each other. The at least n+1 magnets (4) are separated in the stack over a magnet separation distance (d.sub.m), the magnet separation distance (d.sub.m) being substantially equal to a width (w.sub.s) in the stack direction of the at least n voice coils (3).

In some implementations, an actuator can include a magnetic cup comprising a base and sidewalls defining a cavity, the base comprising a planar outer surface opposite the cavity, an edge of the outer surface comprising one or more joint elements; a magnet arranged in the cavity of the magnetic cup; a voice coil arranged in an air gap separating the sidewalls and the magnet; a support comprising one or more magnetic suspension members each comprising an edge shaped to fit to a corresponding one of the joint elements and having a first side that is a) flush with the planar outer surface or b) displaced from the planar outer surface along a first axis perpendicular to the planar outer surface in a direction toward the cavity of the magnetic cup; and a coupling plate attached to the voice coil and the support.
Armature and a transducer comprising the armature
An E-shaped armature including a central, flat, elongate element for extending through the coil and magnet assembly of a transducer. The armature has two flaring sheets at one end for attachment to the transducer housing outside of a plane of the flat element and for facilitating the bending of the armature. A transducer may include the armature.
Multi-input-driving loudspeaker
A multi-input-driving loudspeaker including a frame, a diaphragm arranged on the frame, and a plurality of input driving mechanisms. Each input driving mechanism includes a voice coil and a magnetic circuit assembly for driving the voice coil to vibrate. A plurality of magnetic circuit mounting holes are arranged on the frame. A plurality of voice coil mounting holes are arranged on the diaphragm. Each of the input driving mechanisms further includes a damper. Each of the voice coils is sleeved with one of the dampers. The frame has a plurality of flanges surrounding the magnetic circuit mounting holes. Each of the dampers and each of the flanges cooperate with each other so that each damper is embedded between an inner walls of the flange corresponding therewith.

A speaker includes: a frame, a vibration system, including a diaphragm and a voice coil driving the diaphragm to vibrate and emit sounds, and a magnetic circuit system fixed to the frame, including a lower plate, and a central magnetic portion and an auxiliary magnet fixed to the lower plate, the central magnetic portion spaced apart from the auxiliary magnet, the auxiliary magnet surrounding the central magnetic portion and forming a magnetic gap, the voice coil located in the magnetic gap, wherein the central magnetic portion includes a main magnetic portion and a reinforcing portion surrounding the main magnetic portion, a projection of the voice coil in a vibration direction of the diaphragm is at least partially located in the reinforcing portion. Compared with the related art, the speaker disclosed by the present disclosure could improve the BL value of the voice coil.
GRAIN BOUNDARY DIFFUSION FOR HIGH COERCIVITY MAGNETS FOR LOUDSPEAKERS
An electro-acoustic transducer includes a diaphragm and an electro-magnetic motor for driving motion of the diaphragm. The electro-magnetic motor includes a magnetic circuit that includes a first Rare earth-Iron-Boron (REFeB) magnet. The REFeB magnet includes a major phase and a grain boundary rich rare earth phase. A heavy rare earth element (HREE) is diffused into the first REFeB magnet through the grain boundary rich rare earth phase.

Loudspeaker motor with improved linearity
The present invention relates to a motor for an electrodynamic loudspeaker, comprising a magnetic circuit assembly arranged about a motor axis. The magnetic circuit assembly comprises: an outer magnet, a magnetically permeable top plate, a magnetically permeable bottom plate, a center pole piece and an air gap for receipt of a voice coil. The air gap is formed by an inner axially extending wall of the magnetically permeable top plate facing an axially extending peripheral wall section of the center pole piece to define a width, a bottom, a top and height of the air gap. The magnetic circuit assembly additionally comprises outwardly projecting magnetically permeable member arranged above the top of the air gap. The center pole piece comprises a magnetic member extending axially from at least the bottom of the air gap to a magnetically permeable bottom member or to the magnetically permeable bottom plate. The magnetic member exhibits a relative AC magnetic permeability smaller than 10, such as smaller than 5 or smaller than 2, such as about 1 which corresponds to the relative AC magnetic permeability of free air.
