Loudspeaker with vibration control system
A loudspeaker with vibration control system includes: a magnetic assembly with an air gap, a voice coil supported by a cylindrical support, a basket connected to the magnetic assembly, a centering device connected to the basket and to the cylindrical support, a membrane connected to the basket and to the cylindrical support, an external cylinder disposed around the magnetic assembly, at least one control coil supported by the external cylinder and directed towards the magnetic assembly, at least one elastic suspension connected to the external cylinder to permit an axial movement of the external cylinder with respect to the magnetic assembly.
Integrated transducer
Disclosed is a sound transducer, which can be assembled, integrated or installed primarily in the consumer, pro audio, installation and automotive sectors on land, water and air with minimal space requirements, use of materials and weight. The transducer includes a ring sound wave shaper having a very flat, thin multi-layered, flexible membrane, which generates point-shaped or ring-shaped sound within the membrane diameter.
SPEAKER FRAME AND SPEAKER HAVING THE SAME
A speaker frame, including: a vibration support portion supporting a vibrating body of a speaker; a magnet support portion arranged inside of said vibration support portion and supporting magnetic circuit portion of said speaker; and a plurality of connection beams connecting said vibration support portion and said magnet support portion, wherein the vibration support portion and the magnet support portion have a circular ring shape having the same major axis length and minor axis length, said plurality of connection beams are arranged radially centering on a central axis from said magnet support portion to said vibration support portion, the central axis being parallel to a direction of an acoustic radiation, and a length of one of said connection beams and a length of another connection beams are different from each other.
SPEAKER
The present disclosure provides a speaker, including a frame, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system accommodated in the frame; the frame includes a main body defining an accommodating space and a mounting portion extending from the main body toward the vibrating diaphragm; the vibrating diaphragm is fixed at the mounting portion; the main body and the mounting portion are integrally formed through double-shot molding by using two kinds of plastics, where the main body is made of PPA, and the mounting portion is made of LCP. According to the speaker provided in the present disclosure, a glued surface between the vibrating diaphragm and the mounting portion has good flatness, which helps to improve waterproof performance and performance yield of the speaker, and firmness of gluing the magnetic circuit system with the main body is high, which helps to improve reliability of the product when the product falls.
Speaker
An outer structure of a magnetic circuit is held inside a holder recess of a magnetic circuit holder of a frame. A pressing portion is screw-fixed to a mounting surface of the magnetic circuit holder. Elastically deformable pressing arms are formed at the pressing portion, and the pressing arms press a restriction surface of the outer structure of the magnetic circuit.
Low profile loudspeaker device
A loudspeaker device includes first and second diaphragms arranged co-axially in an opposed relation to each other and having a rear volume in-between, each diaphragm having a plurality of motors operatively coupled thereto, and a frame having first and second ends, and first and second rims provided at the first and second ends, respectively. The motors of the first and second diaphragms are arranged in the same plane, and the motors are provided on the frame around the periphery of the first and second diaphragms.
FRONT CENTER VEHICLE CONSOLE WITH SPEAKERS, AND VEHICLE COMPRISING SAME
Disclosed are a vehicle having a device for reproducing sound and a vehicle center console. The vehicle includes a device for reproducing sound by loudspeakers, including a single enclosure being installed in the center console of the vehicle. The enclosure includes two opposite ends and, internally, a pair of loudspeakers. The two loudspeakers are arranged face to face or back to back at the two opposite ends of the enclosure. The device for reproducing sound is installed in the front median space between the driver seat and the front passenger seat, and the two front side walls of the passenger compartment do not include a sound reproduction element for the low-frequency spectrum.
Loudspeaker
