Methods and systems are provided for vehicle audio systems. In one or more embodiments, an audio device includes a first motor, a second motor, and a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm arranged opposite to each other, with the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm each driven by both of the first motor and the second motor. In one or more embodiments, the first motor and second motor may include respective biasing members. The biasing members may be conductive and may be energized to adjust forces applied to the diaphragms.
Micro speaker
The present invention provides a micro speaker, including a frame with a containment space, and a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system contained in the containment space. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm, a circuit board, a skeleton, and a voice coil. The micro speaker further includes a welding plate structure and a balance component. The voice coil includes a lead wire electrically connected with the welding plate structure. By setting the balance component on the skeleton, the present invention can keep the weight balance at both ends of the skeleton, so as to ensure that the skeleton will not sway when the vibration system is working, so that the vibration of the skeleton is stable and the sound quality is improved.
Speaker frame and speaker having the same
A speaker frame, including: a vibration support portion supporting a vibrating body of a speaker; a magnet support portion arranged inside of said vibration support portion and supporting magnetic circuit portion of said speaker; and a plurality of connection beams connecting said vibration support portion and said magnet support portion, wherein the vibration support portion and the magnet support portion have a circular ring shape having the same major axis length and minor axis length, said plurality of connection beams are arranged radially centering on a central axis from said magnet support portion to said vibration support portion, the central axis being parallel to a direction of an acoustic radiation, and a length of one of said connection beams and a length of another connection beams are different from each other.
Surface acoustic transducer
The present invention provides for a surface acoustic transducer optimally structured to produce sound within an aircraft cabin by vibrating the interior cabin walls. Specifically, the surface acoustic transducer comprises a primary assembly comprising a voice coil assembly having a voice coil former and wire, and a transducer housing for retaining said primary assembly and a magnet therein such in movable relations. The present surface acoustic transducer may further include a spider structured to provide an improved excursion. An external housing may additionally be provided comprising a rigid retaining wall for protecting the surface acoustic transducer from potential externally applied forces and a malleable excursion cover allowing for an excursion of the primary assembly thereof.
LOW PROFILE LOUDSPEAKER DEVICE
A loudspeaker device includes first and second diaphragms arranged co-axially in an opposed relation to each other and having a rear volume in-between, each diaphragm having a plurality of motors operatively coupled thereto, and a frame having first and second ends, and first and second rims provided at the first and second ends, respectively. The motors of the first and second diaphragms are arranged in the same plane, and the motors are provided on the frame around the periphery of the first and second diaphragms.
Loudspeaker
A loudspeaker includes an enclosure including a resonance chamber and an acoustic emission aperture for communication of the resonance chamber with the outside, and a plurality of speaker units including a first speaker unit arranged in a first direction and a second speaker unit arranged in a second direction, and the plurality of speakers being accommodated in the enclosure in a non-coaxial arrangement. Front slit spaces of the plurality of speaker units are in communication with the resonance chamber.
Electroacoustic transducer
Disclosed is an electroacoustic transducer, comprising a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system, wherein the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil; and the magnetic circuit system comprises a yoke, a central magnet, and edge magnets; wherein, each edge magnet has a strip shape, limiting parts are provided at two corners of any edge magnet closer to a magnetic gap, and the yoke is provided with stoppers abutted against the limiting parts at positions corresponding to the limiting parts. Each edge magnet of the present invention is provided with limiting parts formed by removing material, and the yoke is provided thereon with stoppers for preventing the edge magnets from approaching the central magnet, so that a bad phenomenon due to the fact that the edge magnets and the central magnet are attracted to each other can be avoided, thereby increasing the yield of a product.
Actuator module with improved damage resistance
An actuator module includes a base plate extending in a plane, a voice coil connected to the base plate, and a magnet assembly that includes a back side facing the base plate and a front side facing away from the base plate.
