The paper-based composite material layer has a front surface and a rear surface, with the front surface facing a user ear. The metal layer is provided on the front surface of the paper-based composite material layer and configured to reproduce HF acoustic oscillations. The coating layer is provided on the metal layer and has one or more slots through which the metal layer is visible. The coating layer is made of a material incapable of reproducing the HF acoustic oscillations. The acoustic oscillator generating the acoustic oscillations is attached to the rear surface of the paper-based composite material layer. The ear pad is configured to cover the coating layer.

Biodegradable microphone

A biodegradable microphone has a housing fabricated from a biodegradable ferromagnetic filament. The ferromagnetic filament is based on a biodegradable polymer having embedded magnetic materials. The housing has a body portion, an open first end and an opposite second end having a central opening. A permanent magnet is removably lodged within the central opening. The ferromagnetic filament and the magnet cooperate to produce a magnetic field within the housing interior. A biodegradable diaphragm is joined to the open first end of the housing. The diaphragm has an interior side facing the housing interior. A biodegradable coil is joined to the interior side and extends downward into the housing interior and is in proximity to the permanent magnet. Vibrations of the diaphragm cause a reciprocating motion of the coil within the magnetic field thereby inducing an electrical current in the coil.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display apparatus and an electromagnetic actuator, the display apparatus includes a display structure, a sound-emitting substrate, at least one electromagnetic actuator and a stabilizer; where one side of the sound-emitting substrate is attached to the display structure, and the electromagnetic actuator is fixedly attached to the other side of the sound-emitting substrate through the stabilizer; the electromagnetic actuator includes a bracket and a plurality of flexible support feet extending away from the bracket. The electromagnetic actuator is fixedly arranged on the sound-emitting substrate through the stabilizer, and the bracket receives the electromagnetic actuator, the plurality of flexible support feet can keep the electromagnetic actuator stable during the vibration process of the electromagnetic actuator, which helps avoid position shift of the electromagnetic actuator under long-time working.

External noise control for a loudspeaker

In at least one embodiment, a loudspeaker assembly for a vehicle is provided. The assembly includes a diaphragm; a loudspeaker, and a carrier. The loudspeaker includes a first end for being positioned in a first area of the vehicle that is exposed to external ambient noise to the vehicle and a second end for being positioned in a second area of the vehicle that is exposed directly within an interior cabin of the vehicle to provide desired audio along a first axis to the interior cabin. The carrier is attached to the second end of the loudspeaker and includes noise absorption material to prevent the external ambient noise from entering into the vehicle. The carrier defines a plurality of openings positioned on an outer perimeter thereof to enable the desired audio to enter into the interior cabin along a second axis that is different than the first axis.
