Dome material, diaphragm and speaker
A dome material, a diaphragm and a speaker are provided. The speaker includes the diaphragm made of the dome material. The dome material includes an intermediate layer, an adhesive layer, a film layer, and a surface layer. The adhesive layer, the film layer, and the surface layer are sequentially stacked on the intermediate layer in a direction away from the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is formed by a foamed material. A thickness of the adhesive layer is 3-20 μm. The film layer is adhered to the intermediate layer via the adhesive layer. A thickness of the film layer is 2-20 μm. The surface layer adopts fiber prepreg including fiber and resin, the fiber is unidirectionally arranged, and a weight percentage of the fiber is 20%-50%. A surface density of the fiber prepreg is 10-100 g/m.sup.2.

VIBRATION DEVICE
A vibration device includes a plate-like glass vibrator and a plurality of exciters that are attached to the glass vibrator and configured to generate vibration according to an input electrical signal. An aspect ratio La/Lb of a length La of a longer side to a length Lb of a shorter side of a rectangle in which the glass vibrator is inscribed is 1.2 to 50. Provided that the number of the exciters is n and a minimum value of distance between the exciters is S.sub.min, a relational value α (α=S.sub.min−1)/La) is 0.2 to 0.8. In the case where the number n of exciters is 3 or larger, a value β(β=Sσ/S.sub.ave) obtained by dividing a standard deviation Sσ of distances by an average S.sub.ave of the distances between the exciters is 0 to 0.5.

Provided are an actuator fixing device and a panel vibration type sound-generating display device including the same. A display device includes: a display panel configured to display an image, a cover bottom configured to cover the display panel, and a plurality of sound-generating actuators supported by the cover bottom, the sound-generating actuators being configured to vibrate the display panel to generate sound, at least two of the sound-generating actuators being adjacent to each other.

Provided are an electroacoustic transduction film capable of reproducing a sound with a sufficient sound volume at a high conversion efficiency, a manufacturing method thereof, an electroacoustic transducer, a flexible display, a vocal cord microphone, and a sensor for a musical instrument. The electroacoustic transduction film includes: a polymer composite piezoelectric body in which piezoelectric body particles are dispersed in a viscoelastic matrix formed of a polymer material having viscoelasticity at a normal temperature; two thin film electrodes laminated on both surfaces of the polymer composite piezoelectric body; and two protective layers respectively laminated on the two thin film electrodes, in which an intensity ratio α.sub.1=(002) plane peak intensity/((002) plane peak intensity+(200) plane peak intensity) between a (002) plane peak intensity and a (200) plane peak intensity derived from the piezoelectric body particles in a case where the polymer composite piezoelectric body is evaluated by an X-ray diffraction method is more than or equal to 0.6 and less than 1.
SPEAKER VIBRATION DIAPHRAGM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME, AND MOVING-COIL SPEAKER
The present invention discloses a speaker vibration diaphragm. The speaker vibration diaphragm comprises: a vibration diaphragm body, and a graphene film used as a conductive layer and compounded to one side surface of the vibration diaphragm body. The present invention further discloses a method for manufacturing the speaker vibration diaphragm, and a moving-coil speaker provided with the speaker vibration diaphragm. The speaker vibration diaphragm of the present invention comprises a vibration diaphragm body and a graphene film compounded to one side surface of the vibration diaphragm body. The speaker vibration diaphragm has the advantages of good conductivity, and the like.
Micro-speaker, speaker device and electronic apparatus
A micro-speaker, the manufacturing method thereof, a speaker device and an electronic apparatus are described herein. The micro-speaker comprises a case, wherein the case has an opening; and a piezoelectric layer, wherein one or more electrodes are provided on the piezoelectric layer, and wherein the piezoelectric layer is pre-buckled in its rest position, wherein the piezoelectric layer covers the opening and is bonded onto the case, to form a speaker rear cavity together with the case. The micro-speaker of the present invention has a relatively low speaker profile.
Glass sheet composite
A glass sheet composite includes at least two sheets and a liquid layer held between the two sheets, and at least one of the two sheets being a glass sheet. In the glass sheet composite, the two sheets have been disposed so that an edge surface of one of the two sheets and an edge surface of the other sheet are not flush with each other to constitute a step portion having a stair-like shape in a cross-sectional view, and the glass sheet composite further comprising a seal material provided to the step portion to seal up at least the liquid layer.
HIGH VOLUME MANUFACTURING OF MICRO ELECTROSTATIC TRANSDUCERS
Described are micro electrostatic transducers and methods of making such devices. The micro electrostatic transducer is an integrated component transducing device fabricated from materials allowing for low cost, high volume manufacturing. The device includes a sheet of graphene forming the diaphragm with two electrode layers above and below the diaphragm to introduce the audio signal.
Audio transducers and devices incorporating the same
The invention relates to audio transducers, such as loudspeaker, microphones and the like, and includes improvements in or relating to hinge systems for rotational action audio transducers. The hinge systems of the invention being configured to operatively support a diaphragm in use, and comprising a hinge assembly having one or more hinge joints, wherein each hinge joint comprises a hinge element and a contact member. The contact member comprises a contact surface and the configuration is such that during operation each hinge joint is configured to allow the hinge element to move relative to the associated contact member, while maintaining a substantially consistent physical contact with the contact surface. The hinge assembly biases the hinge element towards the contact surface. Preferably the hinge assembly is configured to apply a biasing force to the hinge element of each joint toward the associated contact surface, compliantly. Various applications and implementations are described and envisaged for the audio transducer embodiments including, for example, personal audio devices such as headphones, earphones and the like.
