Nano membrane, method of manufacturing nano membrane, and apparatus for speaker and microphone using nano membrane
Disclosed herein is a nano membrane. The nano membrane includes an insulating layer having a thickness corresponding to a diameter of each of metal nanowires and configured to contain the metal nanowires therein, and the metal nanowires arranged to cross and having portions of side surfaces which protrude from one surface of the insulating layer.
Loudspeaker diaphragm
A loudspeaker diaphragm (12) comprising a woven fibre body supports damping material (25), for example PVA polymer, on a rearward-facing surface (24). The woven fibre body may be formed of lengths (14) non-metallic fibre material (for example glass fibre) coating with a thin metal coating (32). The mass of the layer of damping material (25) may be less than the mass of the woven fibre body. An attractive sparkly looking loudspeaker diaphragm (12) may thus be provided which damps undesirable vibration whilst providing a flatter frequency-response curve (50).
Display apparatus
A display apparatus includes a display module including a display panel configured to display an image, a rear cover on a rear surface of the display module, and a sound generating module at the rear cover and configured to vibrate the display module to generate sound, and a rear surface of the sound generating module is covered by the rear cover.
Sound producing package structure and method for packaging sound producing package structure
A sound producing package structure configured to produce sound includes a substrate, a sound producing component and a conductive adhesive layer. The sound producing component is disposed on the substrate, and the sound producing component is configured to generate an acoustic wave corresponding to an input audio signal. The conductive adhesive layer is disposed between the substrate and the sound producing component by a surface mount technology.
MEMS DIE WITH A DIAPHRAGM HAVING A STEPPED OR TAPERED PASSAGE FOR INGRESS PROTECTION
A MEMS die includes a substrate having an opening formed therein, a diaphragm having a first surface attached around a periphery thereof to the substrate and over the opening, and a backplate separated from a second surface of the diaphragm. The diaphragm includes at least one passage disposed between the first and second surfaces, and the at least one passage has a smaller cross-sectional area at the first surface than at the second surface.
IN LINE DAMPER BELLOWS DUAL OPPOSING DRIVER SPEAKER
A speaker device (1) comprising two membranes (7) facing each other, and two drive units (2) arranged for driving the two membranes (7) in opposite direction in operation. A vented frame element (8) and a closed frame element (9) are positioned outward on either side of the two membranes (7). At least one bellows element (5) is connected on a first side to the membrane (7) which is positioned closest to the closed frame element (9), and connected on a second side to the closed frame element (9).
PIEZOELECTRIC FILM
Provided is a piezoelectric film capable of realizing an electroacoustic conversion film with an excellent heat dissipation property, in which a sufficient sound pressure with respect to an input operating voltage is obtained. The piezoelectric film is a piezoelectric film including a polymer-based piezoelectric composite material which contains piezoelectric particles in a matrix containing a polymer material, electrode layers which are laminated on both surfaces of the polymer-based piezoelectric composite material, and a protective layer laminated on a surface of at least one electrode layer, in which in a case where a cross section of the piezoelectric film is observed with a scanning electron microscope, at least one electrode layer has a plurality of projections directed toward the protective layer, and the number of projections is in a range of 2 to 40 per visual field of 85 μm in the cross section.
Vibration component, speaker and electronic device
A vibration component includes a dome, a diaphragm, and a voice coil. The dome includes a porous heat dissipation layer, the diaphragm partially covers a portion of a surface of the dome, and the voice coil is connected with a side of the dome facing away from the diaphragm.
DYNAMIC BALANCE SPEAKER
A dynamic balance speaker includes a diaphragm, a voice coil, a printed circuit board, a base frame, a first tuning paper, a washer, a main magnet, and a U-yoke. The base frame is formed with a plurality of spaced first vents and a mounting groove in the middle between adjacent two of the first vents. The mounting groove is provided with positioning grooves. The printed circuit board is provided with positioning portions. The positioning portions are fixed in the positioning grooves, respectively. The voice coil is provided with a pair of lead wires. The lead wires are symmetrical to the center of the printed circuit board. The dynamic balance speaker provides good sound quality.
SPEAKER
Provided is a speaker that allows compactization while achieving improvement in assembly readiness. The speaker includes a diaphragm having a vibration face portion vibrated to radiate a sound wave, a voice coil fixed to a back face of the vibration face portion, a frame supporting the diaphragm, a magnetic circuit vibrating the diaphragm and a mass adjustment member opposed to a surface of the diaphragm and configured to adjust the mass of the vibration face portion. The mass adjustment member includes a plate face portion fixed to the surface of the vibration face portion and a damper extending outwards from the plate face portion.
