The invention relates to a loudspeaker membrane having a sandwich structure, having a central web separating two layers of material based on high-rigidity threads impregnated with a polymer resin, characterized in that the central web is formed from a layer of material based on oriented natural fibers that are impregnated with a polymer resin.

Loudspeaker, electronic apparatus using loudspeaker, and mobile equipment using loudspeaker

A loudspeaker includes a light-emitting element, a frame, a magnetic circuit provided with a magnetic gap, a diaphragm, a voice coil bobbin, and a voice coil. The diaphragm includes an inner peripheral end portion having an end face to which a light-emitting element is coupled, a light-guide portion, a reflective surface, and an outer peripheral end portion coupled to the frame. The first end of the voice coil bobbin is coupled to the inner peripheral end portion of the diaphragm, and the second end thereof is inserted into the magnetic gap. A voice coil is wound on the second end of the voice coil bobbin.

Optical microphone and method using the same

An optical microphone comprises a light source configured to emit a light beam and an acoustic sensor configured to reflect the light beam. The acoustic sensor includes single-wall nanotubes and deflects in response to pressure waves. An optional reflector of the optical microphone is configured to re-reflect the light beam from the acoustic sensor. A detector is configured to detect the light beam from the acoustic sensor or the reflector, and thus measures the pressure waves.

SPEAKER DIAPHRAGM FABRIC AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
20170037547 · 2017-02-09 ·

A method of manufacturing a speaker diaphragm fabric for a loudspeaker, includes: a preparation step, a plurality of first warps, at least one second warp and a plurality of wefts are prepared, wherein the second warp has characteristics different from the first warps; and a weaving step: the plurality of the first warps and the second warps are aligned and the wefts transversely cross and pass alternately over and under each of the first warps and the second warps in order to form the speaker diaphragm fabric having at least one formation region and a non-formation region exterior to the formation region. The second warps made from an inferior material are provided at the non-formation region, thereby reducing the waste cost and facilitating the differentiation of the formation region and the non-formation region.

A diaphragm includes: thermoplastic fiber; and foaming particles.

DOME AND DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY FOR SOUND PRODUCING APPARATUS, SOUND PRODUCING APPARATUS, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
20250203291 · 2025-06-19 ·

Disclosed in the present disclosure are a dome and a diaphragm assembly for a sound producing apparatus, a sound producing apparatus, and an electronic device. The dome comprises an organic aerogel matrix and a reinforcing material dispersed in the organic aerogel matrix. The mass of the organic aerogel matrix accounts for 10% to 95% of the total mass of the dome, and the modulus density ratio of the dome is greater than or equal to 5 GPa.Math.cm.sup.3/g. According to the present disclosure, the dome has a light weight, and thus facilitates meeting the design requirements of lightening, thinning and miniaturization of the sound producing apparatus, and can also reduce the resonance frequency of the sound producing apparatus and improve the medium-frequency sensitivity thereof.
