LOUDSPEAKER DIAPHRAGM, METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SAME, AND LOUDSPEAKER EMPLOYING SAME

A loudspeaker diaphragm includes a woven fabric which is a base member, a sealing layer, and a coating layer. The woven fabric includes a first face and a second face on the reverse side of the woven fabric from the first face. The woven fabric is made into the shape of a diaphragm. The sealing layer is disposed on the first face of the woven fabric, and seals the mesh openings surrounded by warp threads and weft threads of the woven fabric. The coating layer is formed of a first composite material which is a mixture of a plurality of first short nanofibers and a first resin. The coating layer permeates the woven fabric from the second face of the woven fabric to the sealing layer.

Disclosed is a speaker device, comprising a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system, and an auxiliary system for accommodating and fixing the vibration system and the magnetic circuit system. The vibration system comprises a diaphragm, the auxiliary system comprises a front cover, a side of the front cover is provided a waterproof pad, said side being away from the vibration system. The diaphragm are bonded to the front cover and the waterproof pad by integrally injection molding. The speaker device of the present invention satisfies terminal waterproof requirements for IPX7 and above, and has a good waterproof effect. Besides, a production process of the waterproof speaker device is simplified, production efficiency is increased, production costs of the speaker device are decreased, and the reprocessed product yield of the speaker device is increased.

Speaker

A speaker in the present disclosure includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap, a frame fixed to the magnetic circuit, a voice coil disposed in the magnetic gap, a cylindrical bobbin around which the voice coil is formed, and a diaphragm configured so that the inner circumferential side of the diaphragm is fixed to the bobbin and the outer edge of the diaphragm is supported by the frame with an edge member intervening therebetween. The diaphragm has an elliptical shape that is non-axisymmetric with respect to a center axis passing through the center of the bobbin. The diaphragm is formed by vacuum molding of a sheet-like raw material (thermoplastic CFRP sheet) in which long-fiber fillers are oriented in one direction in a thermoplastic resin. The orientation of the long-fiber fillers is set so as to match the short-axis direction of the diaphragm.

An acoustic apparatus may include a frame having an axially-opening annular open portion; a diaphragm supported by being attached to the annular open portion via a flexible edge member so as to be capable of vibrating in the axial direction; and a driving unit connected, at a connection portion at a center portion of the diaphragm, to the diaphragm to apply an axial-direction driving force to the diaphragm. The diaphragm includes first and second diaphragms that are mutually adjacent in the axial direction and joined together. When viewed in the axial direction, the second diaphragm has an outer diameter smaller than that of the first diaphragm. Each diaphragm includes a sheet member having an orientation dispersion structure including a shape-anisotropic filler dispersed in a resin with the long axis thereof oriented in a predetermined direction. The orientation directions of the sheet members of the first and second diaphragms mutually intersect.

An elastic composite structure for a speaker vibrating member, includes a vibrating member body, a resin base material and a gum material. The vibrating member body is provided with fibers that are interwoven with each other. The resin base material is coated over an outer side of the fibers for the fibers to keep a predetermined stiffness. The gum material is coated over and combined with the resin base material to form the elastic composite structure to maintain a predetermined resilience and ductility of the fibers. With such a structure, the resonance noise generated during the vibration of resin base material and speaker vibrating member may be reduced.

The invention relates to a speaker diaphragm. The speaker diaphragm is composed of a dome portion located in the center and a circle of outer arc portion connected to the circumferential outer side of the dome portion. An outer diameter of the diaphragm is 38.9 mm to 39.95 mm. The dome portion has a dome height of 3.0 mm to 3.4 mm. The outer arc portion has an arc top height of 1.6 mm to 1.8 mm. An effective height between the dome portion and the outer arc portion is 0.8 mm to 1.0 mm. According to the speaker diaphragm of the invention, by increasing the effective height of the diaphragm and the dome height and by changing an outer arc shape and a pattern shape, the overall strength of the diaphragm is improved, the frequency peaks and valleys in a frequency response curve are reduced, and the high frequency is raised. In addition, a layer of PU damping material is also compounded between two different materials (PAR layer+PEEK layer) to increase the damping of the diaphragm.
