The suspension edge is molded an outer periphery of the diaphragm body. The vibrating diaphragm can improve the high frequency effect of the speaker.

The membrane includes a conductive silicone portion and a non-conductive silicone portion. The voice coil includes a coil portion for driving the membrane to vibrate, and a line lead portion led out from an end of the coil portion. The line led portion is connected to the solder pad, and the solder pad is formed on the conductive silicone portion of the membrane. The conductive silicone portion is connected to an input terminal of the speaker to receive an electric signal for driving the voice coil.

A microspeaker includes a frame and a diaphragm having length sides that are longer than its width sides. A magnet is positioned below the diaphragm. A yoke includes a base portion positioned below the magnet and sidewalls which extend from the base portion, the yoke sidewalls positioned only along a length dimension of the magnet. A voice coil includes an upper end attached to a bottom face of the diaphragm and a lower end positioned within a gap formed between the length dimension of the magnet and the yoke sidewalls. A first suspension member is attached to the length sides and the width sides of the diaphragm and the frame. The first suspension member is within a first plane. A second suspension member is attached to the lower end of the voice coil and the frame. The second suspension member is in a second plane different from the first plane.

The membrane may be at least partially surrounded by a membrane support molded to the membrane. The membrane and the membrane support may be disposed in a molding tool to receive a material used to mold the bracket body over the membrane and the membrane support. During the molding operation, the membrane support may act as a buffer to shield the membrane from temperature and pressure increases associated with the molding operation of the bracket body. The bracket assembly may improve the ability of the electronic device to prevent liquid ingress.

The surround suspension and the web-like spider of the diaphragm structure form two suspension elements for stably supporting the diaphragm, enabling minimized irregular shaking and reduced weight of the diaphragm, as well as reduced sound distortion, increased compliance and upgraded efficiency of the passive radiator structure.
