Acoustic transducer with vibration damping
Circumferential mode vibrations, in a diaphragm of an acoustic transducer, are damped by defining at least one elongated opening extending radially along a portion of a length from the central area to the outer perimeter being covered by a material having higher damping properties than the material of the cone.
Vibrating diaphragm assembly
A vibrating diaphragm assembly related to the technical field of electroacoustic products is provided. The vibrating diaphragm assembly comprises a vibrating diaphragm, wherein the vibrating diaphragm comprises a middle part and a folding ring part surrounding the periphery of the middle part. The vibrating diaphragm also comprises a vibrating diaphragm substrate layer and a silica gel layer; the silica gel layer being at least partially combined with the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer. The vibrating diaphragm substrate layer is also a high molecular material layer; the silica gel layer is combined on the surface of the folding ring part; and the silica gel layer and the high molecular material layer are formed through injection molding.
LOUDSPEAKER ASSEMBLY
A loudspeaker assembly includes: a chassis; a loudspeaker, including a drive unit and a diaphragm. The diaphragm includes a body portion and inner and outer suspension portions, wherein the body portion extends between the inner and outer suspension portions. The drive unit moves the body portion along a movement axis. The body portion has a front face facing forwards and a rear face facing rearwards parallel to the movement axis. The outer suspension portion is integral with the body portion, and is attached to the chassis at a first attachment location such that the body portion is suspended from the chassis. The inner suspension portion is integral with the body portion, and is attached to the chassis at a second attachment location such that the body portion is suspended from the chassis. The first and second attachment locations have separate first and second positions along the axis, respectively.
SPEAKER
The present invention provides a loudspeaker assembly for use on the outside of a vehicle. The diaphragm and surround are formed of a single piece of material, the material comprising a single layer woven fabric of orthogonal, woven fibers and a thermoset resin.
Electromagnetic microspeaker, its coil module, speaker/coil module array and preparation method thereof
Disclosed is a coil module, comprising: a vibrating membrane suspended on an air chamber defined and supported by a first substrate, at least one planar coil, embedded in the vibrating membrane, and at least a soft magnet, embedded in the vibrating membrane and disposed surrounding at least a portion of a contour of the planar coil; wherein a substantial portion of the planar coil locates at substantially the same plan where a portion of the soft magnet is arranged. A microspeaker and a method for preparing the same are also disclosed.
MEMS microphone and method of manufacturing the same
A MEMS microphone includes a substrate having a cavity, a back plate disposed over the substrate, a diaphragm being disposed between the substrate and the back plate and being spaced apart from the substrate and the back plate and at least one anti-buckling portion provided between the substrate and the diaphragm. The diaphragm covers the cavity and the diaphragm senses an acoustic pressure to create a displacement. The anti-buckling portion is configured to temporarily support the diaphragm in case of a warpage of the diaphragm to prevent a buckling of the diaphragm. Thus, the MEMS microphone can prevent the diaphragm from generating a warpage by more than a predetermined degree, so that the diaphragm can have a tensile stress and the buckling phenomenon of the diaphragm can be prevented.
ACOUSTIC DIAPHRAGM AND SPEAKER CONTAINING THE SAME
The present invention provides an acoustic diaphragm including: a cone and a surround mounted around the cone; wherein an amorphous titanium-zirconium film is formed on a cone substrate, a surround substrate, or both of the substrates. The present invention also provides a speaker containing the acoustic diaphragm.
Audio demonstration kit
An audio demonstration kit encourages understanding of audio concepts by enabling children to construct and study speaker performance. In a particular embodiment, the audio demonstration kit includes a paper speaker and instructions. The paper speaker includes a backplate, a suspension, and a diaphragm cut from a single sheet of paper. The demonstration kit may feature an amplifier that is configurable to accommodate various hardware additions as a child is ready for more progressively challenging construction. For example, the amplifier of an embodiment allows single and dual mode operation, as well as drives a rotary motor and is coordinated with a strobe light. The amplifier of an embodiment is synchronized with the strobe light and a moveable platform to create the impression of that jiggling figures attached to the table are dancing. Interfaces with smart phone, recording, and other technologies further enhances and encourages the learning experience.
Vibration unit for acoustic arrangement
A vibration unit for an acoustic arrangement includes an encircling frame, a vibration member, and a weaving suspension extended between the vibration member and the encircling frame for enabling the vibration member to be reciprocatingly moved. The weaving suspension includes a plurality of reinforcing ribs radially and outwardly extended from the vibration member to the encircling frame to form a weaving-like structure, such that the vibration member is prohibited to move along a rib extending direction of each of the reinforcing ribs to ensure the vibration member to be reciprocatingly moved in a linear direction.
Diaphragm Assembly, Transducer and Method of Manufacture
A novel diaphragm assembly, transducer and manufacturing method is here in proposed making use of a diaphragm assembly including a diaphragm having a first diaphragm component and a second diaphragm component. Both diaphragm components extend between respective inner perimeter and outer rim. The outer rim of the first diaphragm component overlaps with and is attached to the second diaphragm component at an overlap section. A voice coil assembly is connected to the inner perimeter of the second diaphragm component.
