Speaker
A speaker having a support structure having a bracket, and a vibration structure having a bend ring. The bend ring comprises an arc portion and an outer brim connected to the bracket. The outer brim of the bend ring extends downwardly to abut and connect to an outer brim of the top of the bracket, and the outer brim of the bend ring does not exceed the outermost end of the arc portion in the radial direction. The effective vibration area of a speaker is increased by using the above structure, so that the sensitivity of the speaker is improved.
VARIED CURVATURE DIAPHRAGM BALANCED MODE RADIATOR
Audio device and method for designing and making a diaphragm, the audio device comprising a diaphragm having a curved profile adapted for radiation of audio signals from a plurality of bending modes and a piston mode, one or more of the plurality of bending modes having coincident nodal line locations, the diaphragm having a frontal side and a rear side, and a transducer coupled to the rear side of the diaphragm, the transducer adapted for driving the diaphragm for radiation of audio signals having reduced audio distortion, wherein the plurality of bending modes each have minima locations throughout the diaphragm, and wherein the transducer is mounted on one of the minima locations of the plurality of bending modes and one or more impedance components are mounted on at least one of the remaining minima locations to inertially balance the diaphragm based on a pre-determined relative mean modal velocity limit.
SPEAKER
Provided is a speaker, including a frame, a vibration unit fixed to the frame; and a magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate and produce sound. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm and a voice coil; the diaphragm includes a first suspension, a second suspension and a vibrating portion; the magnetic circuit unit includes a magnetic gap, and the voice coil is inserted in the magnetic gap; the magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke; and the vibration unit further includes a fixing ring connected to the magnetic circuit unit; an inner peripheral side of the second suspension is fixed to an outer side of the fixing ring; and a connection position of the second suspension and the fixing ring is located between two opposite ends of the fixing ring along a vibrating direction of the diaphragm. With this structure, sealing performance of the speaker is improved.
SPEAKER
Provided is a speaker, including a frame; a vibration unit; and a magnetic circuit unit. The magnetic circuit unit is provided with a magnetic gap; the vibration unit includes a diaphragm, and a voice coil; the magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke, a main magnet unit, and auxiliary magnet units, and the auxiliary magnet units and the main magnet unit define the magnetic gap; the vibration unit further includes two elastic support assemblies; each of which includes an elastic member and an auxiliary diaphragm; the elastic member includes a first fixing arm, a second fixing arm and an elastic arm; the auxiliary diaphragm includes an auxiliary suspension, and a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion; and the auxiliary suspension has a racetrack shape with notches. With this structure, the service life and reliability of the speaker are improved.
BALANCED ARMATURE RECEIVER HAVING DIAPHRAGM WITH ELASTOMER SURROUND
A balanced armature receiver including a diaphragm with an elastomer surround is disclosed. The surround is fastened to multiple surfaces of the diaphragm and can be a siloxane-based material. In one implementation, the diaphragm includes a paddle flexibly coupled to a frame and the surround covers a gap between the frame and the paddle.
Sound generator
A sound generator includes a frame, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system accommodated in the frame. The vibration system includes a suspension. The suspension includes a first part and a second part attached to the first part. The first part includes a first middle portion, a first edge portion, and a first positioning portion. The second part includes a second middle portion, a second edge portion, and a second positioning portion. The second positioning portion is stacked on the first positioning portion, and is assembled with the first positioning portion by adhesive. The first edge portion is convex toward the frame, and the second edge portion is convex away from the frame, by which a sealed cavity is formed between the first and second edge portions. By virtue of such a configuration, the strength of the vibration system is improved.
SOUNDING DEVICE
A sounding device includes a frame, and a vibration system and a magnetic circuit unit that are retained in the frame. The vibration system includes diaphragm and voice coil. The voice coil includes two first side edges and two second side edges. The magnetic circuit unit includes yoke, main magnetic body, and auxiliary magnetic body. The auxiliary magnetic body includes first auxiliary magnetic bodies each including main body portion and extension portion. The main body portion is recessed towards side surfaces of two first side edges to form grooves, the main magnetic body protrudes towards the grooves, and the pair of first side edges protrude towards the grooves, respectively. The sounding device can not only enable the auxiliary magnetic body to be more evenly surrounding the voice coil, but also enable the voice coil to have longer circumference with a same magnetic circuit area, thereby increasing BL value.
LOUDSPEAKER WITH A NON-UNIFORM SUSPENSION AND AN ENFORCEMENT ELEMENT
A loudspeaker with a non-uniform surround, a membrane and a stiffening element preventing the surround from flexing the membrane during operation. A non-uniform surround does not have the same cross section, along the radius of the speaker if circular, all around the perimeter of the membrane as some portions will be upwardly directed and other portions downwardly directed.
FLAT DIAPHRAGM SPEAKER
A hybrid diaphragm structure is provided. The hybrid diaphragm structure includes a substrate, a first diaphragm disposed in a central region of the substrate, a first coil structure disposed over the first diaphragm, a first groove separating the first diaphragm and the first coil structure from the substrate, and a first bridge structure coupling the first diaphragm to the substrate. The first diaphragm and the substrate include a same material.
PASSIVE DIAPHRAGM ASSEMBLY
A passive diaphragm assembly includes a counterweight member, a first diaphragm and a second diaphragm. The first diaphragm and the second diaphragm are spaced apart from each other, are connected respectively to opposite ends of the counterweight member, and cooperate with the counterweight member to define an air space thereamong.
