An apparatus includes a surface arranged to be mechanically displaced, a first permanent magnet coupled with the surface, at least one supporting member for supporting the surface, a base, a second permanent magnet, a coil coupled with the second magnet, and a signal port electrically coupled with the coil. An electrical signal is configured to travel between the signal port and the coil. The electrical signal in the coil is proportional to mechanic displacement of the surface when a force equilibrium state of the surface is broken by the electrical signal in the coil or the mechanic displacement of the surface from a position of the force equilibrium state. The coil is arranged at least partially between the first magnet and the second magnet or around one of the first magnet, the second magnet. Either the same or different polarities of the first and second magnets are arranged to directly face each other at a distance.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL DEVICE WITH VIBRATION FUNCTION AND SOUND GENERATION FUNCTION
20190020954 · 2019-01-17 ·

A multifunction apparatus, comprising an outer housing and a vibration system, a magnetic circuit system and an elastic supporting member. The magnetic circuit system is fixed by the elastic supporting member and is suspended inside the outer housing. The vibration circuit system comprises a diaphragm and a voice coil. The elastic support member comprises a first fixing portion and a second fixing portion having different heights, and a deformation portion connected with the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion. An orthographic projection of the elastic supporting member in a vibration direction is a polygon or an oval shape. The first fixing portion or the second fixing portion is located at an edge of the elastic supporting member, and four straight edges of the first fixing portion or the second fixing portion are disposed corresponding to a rectangular bottom wall of the magnetic circuit system or the outer housing. The elastic supporting member of the invention does not occupy a horizontal space of the magnetic circuit system, and thus a magnet with large size can be accommodated, and a BL value of a vibrating sound-producing apparatus can be increased; further, since the elastic supporting member is a three-dimensional structure, the length and width of the deformation portion is not limited, facilitating adjustment of an F0 value of the vibrating sound-producing apparatus.

Disclosed is a vibration sound-producing apparatus. A sound output aperture of the vibration sound-producing apparatus is provided at a lateral surface. A diaphragm corresponds to the position of the sound output aperture. A flat sound coil is perpendicular to the diaphragm. A magnet is parallel to the sound coil. The vibrating direction of the sound coil avoids a thickness direction. The vibrating direction of the magnet and a mass block also avoids the thickness direction. The mass block is fixedly joined to a housing via a flexible piece. This facilitates reduced product thickness, increased product performance, and a simplified product production process. Therefore, the vibration sound-producing apparatus of the present invention has the advantages of a great thickness-reduced design, great performance, and simple assembly.
