Vibration unit for acoustic module
A vibration unit includes an encircling frame defining a vibration cavity therewithin, a vibration member disposed in the vibration cavity, and a suspension including an elastic diaphragm having a periodical wave-shape extended between the vibration member and the encircling frame to support the vibration member within the vibration cavity. The wave-shape diaphragm provides a 3-dimensional connection between the vibration member and the encircling frame to self-generate a repelling force to against a lateral movement of the vibration member so as to ensure the vibration member to be reciprocatingly moved in a linear direction.
VIBRATION GENERATION APPARATUS
A vibration generation apparatus includes a concave frame, a vibrator, and a first damper. The frame has an opening in upper portion thereof. The vibrator is housed in the frame. The first damper is connected to the vibrator and the frame and is configured to hold the vibrator such that the vibrator is able to move in an up-down direction with respect to the frame. The first damper has a predetermined thickness. The first damper is in an N-shape in a side view and includes two bent portions and has an upper end mounted on an edge of the opening and a lower end mounted on a lower edge of the vibrator.
Screen sounding device
The present invention discloses a screen sounding device, including a screen, a frame and an electromagnetic driving module. The electromagnetic driving module includes an electromagnet, a magnetic conduction base and a magnetic conduction covering plate. The strength of the driving force can be controlled by changing the magnitude of the electric current flowing into the coil, which can provide a greater driving force to obtain a better sound effect. In addition, the driving module of the present invention has a simple structure and can be easily installed; the vibration amplitude of the screen is small, and the sounding device can be made thinner and smaller; compared with the traditional speaker and receiver, the structure such as the diaphragm is omitted, and the manufacturing cost is lower.
SPEAKER
Provided is a speaker, including a frame; a vibration unit fixed to the frame; and a magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate and produce sound. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm and a voice coil; the diaphragm includes a first suspension, a second suspension and a vibrating portion; the magnetic circuit unit is provided with a magnetic gap, and the voice coil is inserted in the magnetic gap; the magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke; and the yoke and the diaphragm are arranged at two opposite sides of the frame; and the vibration unit further includes a fixing ring connected to the magnetic circuit unit; the second suspension surrounds the fixing ring; and an inner peripheral side of the second suspension is fixed to an end of the fixing ring away from the yoke. With this structure, the acoustic performance of the speaker can be improved.
SPEAKER
Provided is a speaker, including a frame; a vibration unit; and a magnetic circuit unit. The magnetic circuit unit is provided with a magnetic gap; the vibration unit includes a diaphragm, and a voice coil; the magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke, a main magnet unit, and auxiliary magnet units, and the auxiliary magnet units and the main magnet unit define the magnetic gap; the vibration unit further includes two elastic support assemblies; each of which includes an elastic member and an auxiliary diaphragm; the elastic member includes a first fixing arm, a second fixing arm and an elastic arm; the auxiliary diaphragm includes an auxiliary suspension, and a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion; and the auxiliary suspension has a racetrack shape with notches. With this structure, the service life and reliability of the speaker are improved.
SPEAKER DEVICE
A speaker device includes a frame, a vibration unit fixedly connected to the frame, a magnetic circuit unit having a magnetic gap, and a screen cloth. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm and a voice coil. The magnetic circuit unit includes a carrier, a first main magnet, an auxiliary magnet and a magnetic conductive plate. The magnetic conductive plate is fixed to the frame. The magnetic conductive plate includes a first central portion and a first edge portion; the auxiliary magnet is located at the first central portion. The first edge portion is provided with a through hole. The screen cloth is provided at a side of the carrier away from the diaphragm, and includes a second central portion and a second edge portion. The second edge portion is provided with a first groove recessed toward the magnetic conductive plate, corresponding to the through hole.
SPEAKER DEVICE
A speaker device includes: a frame, a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm and a voice coil. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke and a magnet. The yoke includes a yoke body, a yoke side wall and yoke extension portions protruding from the yoke side wall toward the frame. The magnet is fixed to the yoke body and is spaced apart from the yoke side wall to form a magnetic gap. The voice coil is inserted into the magnetic gap. The yoke side wall is fixed to the frame. The frame body includes a frame body having a ring shape, and frame fixing portions extending from the frame body toward the yoke side wall. The speaker device of the present disclosure can achieve a simple structure, high strength, easy assembly and positioning, and high reliability.
VIBRATION ACTUATOR FOR RIGID STRUCTURES FOR HIGH-PERFORMANCE BASS PLAYBACK IN AUTOMOBILES
An actuator for exciting a component of a motor vehicle with vibrations. The actuator has a housing, an electrical coil and a magnet that is movable to a limited extent in the housing.
ELECTRODYNAMIC TRANSDUCER
The invention relates to an electrodynamic transducer having a magnetic mass connected to a frame with first and second axially offset suspensions. The suspensions permit translational displacement of the magnetic mass with respect to the frame and have multiple springs. The direction of orientation of the springs of the first suspension is opposite that of the springs of the second suspension, such that each suspension blocks the axial rotation of the other suspension.
