The vibration system includes an upper diaphragm, an elastic supporting member, a skeleton, and a voice coil. The upper diaphragm includes a suspension, an inner fixing part fixed to the skeleton, and an outer fixing part fixed to the frame. The skeleton includes a main body part and an extension part. The elastic supporting member is fixed to the extension part. The main body part together with the upper diaphragm separates an internal space of the speaker from an outside space. Compared with the related art, the speaker disclosed by the present disclosure has a better acoustic performance.

The present disclosure discloses a flexible circuit board and a speaker. The flexible circuit includes a substrate, a first cover film attached to a side of the substrate and including at least a silica gel layer, a second cover film attached to the other side of the substrate, and a copper foil layer sealed between the substrate and the first cover film or between the substrate and the second cover film. Compared with the related art, the flexible circuit disclosed by the present disclosure has a higher strength.

The disclosure provides a micro-speaker device including a yoke with a flat bottom plate and a sidewall perpendicular to the bottom plate, a magnet arranged on the yoke, a voice coil arranged around the magnet, a first washer arranged on the magnet, a second washer combined with the sidewall of the yoke, and a drum paper directly connected to an upper surface of the second washer. The yoke, the second washer and the drum paper define a closed space.

Disclosed is a sounding device, including a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system has a magnetic gap. The vibration system includes a diaphragm, a framework, a voice coil, and an elastic conductor. The elastic conductor includes an elastic conductor body, a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, a first bending arm and a second bending aim, and a first pad and a second pad. The lead wires are connected to the first pad and the second pad, the first pad and the second pad are disposed on two sides of the framework, the first bending arm is spaced from the second bending arm, and a middle section is used to increase the volumes of first auxiliary magnets, thereby improving the acoustic performance of the sounding device.

Speaker

Provided is a speaker, including: a frame, a first diaphragm and a flexible printed circuit board connected to the frame. The first diaphragm includes a first surface close to the flexible printed circuit board and arranged opposite to the flexible printed circuit board. The first surface is recessed along a direction departing from the flexible printed circuit board to form a glue slot. The first surface is connected to the flexible printed circuit board by glue to enable the glue to enter the glue slot. A thickness of the glue at a glue junction is increased to enhance strength of connection between the flexible printed circuit board and the first diaphragm to ensure reliability of mounting of the flexible printed circuit board on the first diaphragm, which may reduce a failure rate of the speaker.

With this structure, the overall strength and reliability of the speaker are improved.

A speaker assembly may be for being resiliently mounted to spaced apart frame members of a vehicle. The speaker assembly may include an elongate housing having a respective retention chamber at each opposing end, and audio speakers and associated wireless receiver circuitry carried by the housing. The speaker assembly may also include a respective inboard elastomeric body within each retention chamber, and a respective vehicle frame mounting bracket at each end of the elongate housing and to be mounted to an adjacent frame member of the vehicle. The assembly may further include respective fasteners coupling each vehicle frame mounting bracket to the elongate housing via a corresponding inboard elastomeric body so that each vehicle frame mounting bracket is resiliently coupled to the elongate housing.

The present disclosure discloses a sounding device including a frame, a magnetic circuit system with a magnetic part and a vibration system. The vibration system includes a diaphragm fixed to the frame, a voice coil driving the diaphragm to vibrate and arranged around the magnetic part, and a metal shrapnel with conductive function. One end of the metal shrapnel is fixed to the frame and electrically connected to an external circuit, and the other end of the metal shrapnel is fixed to the voice coil and electrically connected to the lead wire of the voice coil. The metal shrapnel restrains a movement of the voice coil in a direction perpendicular to a vibration direction of the diaphragm. Compared with the related art, the sounding device disclosed by the present disclosure can reduce the number of elements to simplify the product structure.
