In a terminal device in this application, a device housing includes an installation space and a first inner cavity that are isolated from each other. A speaker is installed in the installation space. The speaker includes a speaker shell provided with a sound hole and a second inner cavity, and a vibrating piece, a signal amplifier, and a speaker body that are disposed in the second inner cavity. The first inner cavity and the second inner cavity are isolated from each other. A circuit board is installed in the first inner cavity. The circuit board is provided with a sound signal processing module and a vibration sound wave generation device. The vibration sound wave generation device is connected to the sound signal processing module. The vibration sound wave generation device converts a sound signal from the sound signal processing module into a vibration signal.

AN INTERIOR COMPONENT OF A VEHICLE

An interior component of a vehicle comprises a carrier having a front face directed toward a passenger compartment of the vehicle and an opposite rear face; a speaker including an at least partially transparent diaphragm and a transducer coupled to the diaphragm. Movement of the transducer causes vibration of the diaphragm to generate sound by vibration of the diaphragm, the diaphragm having a front face directed towards the passenger compartment and an opposite rear face. The carrier provides a support along at least part of the periphery of the diaphragm where the diaphragm is attached to the carrier where the front face and the rear face of the diaphragm are free of the carrier across a part of the diaphragm surface so that the diaphragm is suspended in the carrier of the interior component.

Housing assembly and electronic device

A housing assembly and an electronic device are provided. The housing assembly comprises a middle frame. The middle frame comprises a side surface. A first sound cavity, a second sound cavity and a sound output hole are arranged at the middle frame. One end of the first sound cavity corresponds to a receiver. The other end of the first sound cavity extends toward the side surface and communicates with the second sound cavity. The second sound cavity extends in a lengthwise direction of the side surface and is in communication with the sound output hole. The invention employs a sound guiding channel having an offset configuration to communicate a receiver with an external environment, thereby ensuring quality of an audio output while reducing an occupied region near the sound output hole and improving the appearance of a product to meet the appearance requirement.

Non-dispensing manufacturing process for making speaker and speaker thereof

A non-dispensing manufacturing process includes forming a paper cone; engaging the paper cone with a voice coil to form a vibration assembly; fixing a yoke, a magnet set, and a washer to form a magnetic circuit assembly; engaging a basket with the magnetic circuit assembly; and engaging the basket with the vibration assembly to form a speaker, where no glue is used in the manufacturing process. A speaker includes a paper cone; a voice coil engaged with the paper cone to form a vibration assembly, where a junction between a bobbin of the voice coil and the paper cone has a first welding layer; a magnetic circuit assembly including a yoke, a magnet set, and a washer that are integrally fixed; and a basket engaged with the magnetic circuit assembly and the vibration assembly.

SPEAKER ASSEMBLY AND DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING IT

A speaker assembly, and a display device including the same are provided. The speaker assembly according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a pair of magnets facing each other; a bobbin disposed between the pair of magnets and formed in a shape of a plate that extends long; a coil formed on at least one surface of the bobbin; a diaphragm fixed to one side of the bobbin, and extending in a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the bobbin; a frame disposed between the pair of magnets and the diaphragm; and a speaker edge disposed between the frame and the diaphragm, having one end fixed to the frame and the other end fixed to the diaphragm, and being convexly curved toward the bobbin.

A vibrating unit includes a diaphragm and a bobbin, and a voice coil is secured to the bobbin. A detecting unit includes a moving magnet and a magnetic sensor. The magnetic sensor is disposed in a space surrounded by the bobbin, whereas the moving magnet is secured to an outer surface of the bobbin. Therefore, even when the moving magnet and a damper member move backward significantly, the magnetic sensor is prevented from being hit by the moving magnet and the damper member.

LOUDSPEAKER DEVICE

A loudspeaker device includes: a magnetic circuit that includes a yoke, a magnet, and a top plate; a voice coil body; a diaphragm; and a frame that holds the yoke and the diaphragm. The frame includes a through hole that holds the yoke at a predetermined position with the yoke being inserted into the through hole. The yoke includes a protrusion portion that abuts an outer peripheral surface portion of the frame that defines the through hole, with the magnetic gap being inside the frame.

SPEAKER UNIT FOR EARPHONE

A speaker unit is provided. The speaker unit may include a frame; a yoke elongated on the frame along a front-to-rear direction; a first magnet disposed on one side of the yoke; a first plate disposed on one side of the first magnet; a first diaphragm disposed on one side of the first plate; a first coil fixed to the first diaphragm; a second magnet disposed on the other side of the yoke; a second plate disposed on the other side of the second magnet; a second diaphragm disposed on the other side of the second plate; a substrate disposed on the frame; a microphone electrically connected to the substrate; and a second coil fixed to the second diaphragm, wherein the first magnet and the second magnet are both in contact with the yoke, the frame includes a seating portion, and the microphone is disposed in the seating portion.

ACTUATOR MODULE WITH IMPROVED DAMAGE RESISTANCE

An actuator module includes a base plate extending in a plane, a voice coil connected to the base plate, and a magnet assembly that includes a back side facing the base plate and a front side facing away from the base plate. The magnet assembly includes a base layer and sidewalls defining a cup and an inner element including a center magnet mounted within the cup. The sidewalls include a first and second pair of sidewalls. The actuator module includes a rigid frame attached to the base plate, the rigid frame including four stubs. The actuator module also includes a plurality of springs suspending the magnet assembly relative to the frame and base plate, the plurality of springs including a first spring attached to the frame at a first pair of the four stubs and a second spring attached to the frame at a second pair of the four stubs.
