SPEAKER DEVICE
Provided is a speaker device, including a frame; a vibration unit fixed to the frame; and a magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate and produce sound and including a magnetic gap. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm, a voice coil and an elastic support assembly. The frame includes a bottom wall and a side wall bending and extending from a periphery of the bottom wall of the frame, and an outer periphery of the diaphragm is fixed to the side wall. The vibration unit further includes a fixing ring configured to fix the elastic support assembly to the frame, and the fixing ring surrounds the magnetic circuit unit. The frame is made of a metal material, and the fixing ring is a metal ring fixed to the side wall of the frame by welding. With this structure, overall strength and reliability of the speaker device are improved.
Acoustic Device
The present invention provides an acoustic device including a frame, a magnetic circuit system and a vibration system. The magnetic circuit system includes a lower plate and a magnet assembly having a magnetic gap. The vibration system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil at least partially located in the magnetic gap. The frame includes a lower cover and a frame side wall. The vibration system is supported on the frame side wall. The lower plate includes a plate body spaced apart from the lower cover and a support wall bending and extending from the plate body toward the lower cover. The magnet assembly is supported and fixed on a surface of the plate body distal to the lower cover. The support wall abuts against and is fixed on the lower cover.
Acoustic Device
The present invention provides an acoustic device including a frame, a magnetic circuit system, and a vibration system. The vibration system includes a diaphragm, a voice coil, and a support. The diaphragm includes a dome, a first suspension, and a second suspension. The diaphragm includes a first fixation portion, and the dome includes a dome body and a first dome extending wall bending and extending from the dome body, the first fixation portion connected to and wrapping the first dome extending wall.

Provided is a speaker, including a frame; a vibration unit fixed to the frame; and a magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate and produce sound and provided with a magnetic gap. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm, a voice coil, and an elastic support assembly; the diaphragm includes a diaphragm body, a diaphragm fixing portion, a diaphragm supporting portion, and a reinforcing portion; the diaphragm fixing portion has a rectangular structure with round corners, and the diaphragm supporting portion is located at the round corners; the frame is provided with an assembly hole; the vibration unit further includes a fixing ring; and the elastic support assembly includes an elastic member and an auxiliary diaphragm. With this structure, the overall strength and reliability of the speaker are improved.
SPEAKER
Provided is a speaker, including a frame; a vibration unit fixed to the frame; and a magnetic circuit unit driving the vibration unit to vibrate and produce sound and provided with a magnetic gap. The vibration unit includes a diaphragm, a voice coil, and an elastic support assembly; the diaphragm includes a diaphragm body, a diaphragm fixing portion, and a diaphragm supporting portion; the vibration unit further includes a fixing ring; and the elastic support assembly includes an elastic member fixed to a side of the fixing ring close to the diaphragm, and an auxiliary diaphragm provided on a side of the elastic member away from the diaphragm; and the diaphragm supporting portion is fixed to a side of the elastic member away from the fixing ring. With this structure, the overall strength and reliability of the speaker can be improved.
Loudspeaker apparatus
The present disclosure discloses a loudspeaker apparatus. The loudspeaker apparatus may include a circuit housing, an ear hook, a rear hook, a loudspeaker component, and a magnetic connector. The circuit housing may be configured to accommodate a control circuit or a battery component. The ear hook may be connected to one end of the circuit housing and at least partially covered by a first protective housing. The rear hook connected to another end of the circuit housing and at least partially covered by a second protective housing. The magnetic connector may be configured to absorb a charging interface of an external power source to establish an electrical connection so as to charge the loudspeaker apparatus.
Receiver
A receiver is provided in the present invention. The receiver includes: a housing having a hollow inner cavity; a diaphragm mechanism disposed in the hollow inner cavity and configured for partitioning the hollow inner cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity, the diaphragm mechanism including a vibration plate, a fixed end of the vibration plate being fixed to an inner wall of the housing, and a free end of the vibration plate being suspended in the hollow inner cavity; an electromagnetic driving mechanism disposed in the hollow inner cavity and including at least one coil assembly and at least one magnetic field assembly, each magnetic field assembly being disposed in the first cavity or the second cavity and being close to the free end of the vibration plate, and each coil assembly being disposed in the first cavity or the second cavity and being close to the fixed end of the vibration plate. Compared with the prior art, the receiver in the present invention reduces connection between movable parts, thereby simplifying the assembly process and reducing the manufacturing cost.
Sound emitting structure and terminal
Provided are a sounding structure and a terminal. The sounding structure comprises: a frame comprising an accommodation cavity, the accommodation cavity comprising a first opening and a second opening provided on two opposite sides of the frame; a magnetic circuit system arranged in the accommodation cavity and comprising a first channel and a second channel; a first vibrating diaphragm arranged to face the first opening and provided with a voice coil, the voice coil partially extending into the first channel; and a second vibrating diaphragm arranged to face the second opening, the second channel communicating the first opening with the second opening.
Terminal apparatus
Disclosed is a terminal apparatus, including a protective shell and a sounding device installed in the protective shell, where the sounding device includes a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system; where the vibration system includes a vibration diaphragm including a first surface and a second surface facing away from the first surface; the magnetic circuit system is located on a side of the second surface of the vibration diaphragm; the sounding device defines a first sounding hole at a position in communication with a space on a side of the first surface, and a second sounding hole at a position in communication with a space on the side of the second surface; and the protective shell defines a first terminal sounding hole in communication with the first sounding hole, and a second terminal sounding hole in communication with the second sounding hole.
Sound adsorbing material and speaker box
The present application provides a sound adsorbing material, including a microporous material and an adsorbate gas adsorbed in the microporous material. The microporous material includes a zeolite molecular sieve, and the zeolite molecular sieve has a framework and extra-framework cations. An adsorption capacity of the adsorbolite molecular sieve to the adsorbate gas is greater than an adsorption capacity of the adsorbolite molecular sieve to air. The present disclosure further provides a speaker box adopting the sound adsorbing material. Compared with the related art, the sound adsorbing material provided by the present disclosure has good application effects, and the speaker box using the sound adsorbing material has a better low frequency acoustic performance.
