COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION APPARATUS, COMMUNICATION METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM WITH EXECUTABLE COMMUNICATION PROGRAM STORED THEREON
A communication system includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The second terminal includes a storage in which first information brought in correspondence for each application executed in the first terminal is stored as pair information and a transmitter that transmits, in response to a request from an application executed in the first terminal, second information based on the first information stored in the storage and brought in correspondence with the application executed in the first terminal. The first terminal includes a determination unit that determines processing involved with data communication with the second terminal based on a result of comparison between third information brought in correspondence with a running application on the first terminal and the second information received from the second terminal.
INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, DEVICE AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An information processing method, a device, and a storage medium, which relates to a screen transmission technology, are provided. The method includes: in response to a first operation acting on characters, displaying the characters in an input box, where the input box is an input box of a screen transmission application; determining a target screen-transmission code in candidate screen-transmission codes stored in a screen-transmission sending end according to input characters, where the number of characters contained in the target screen-transmission code is greater than the number of the input characters, the target screen-transmission code contains the input characters, the target screen-transmission code is a screen-transmission code of a screen-transmission receiving end, and the target screen-transmission code is acquired by the screen-transmission sending end from a beacon received from the screen-transmission receiving end; displaying the target screen-transmission code in the input box.
Context-based wireless-protocol connections
The disclosure describes techniques for automatically pairing multiple source devices to a sink device in response to a single source device being paired to the source device. For instance, in response to a single source device being manually paired to wireless earbuds, the techniques may automatically pair other source devices that are associated with a common user account. In addition, this disclosure describes techniques for configuring a sink device to periodically broadcast advertisement messages indicating a current state of the sink device, which enables source devices that receive the advertisement message to determine whether to establish a connection with the sink device based on a current state of the sink device.
Systems and methods for determining a vehicle driver using at least peer-to-peer network signals
A user computing device for identifying a driver of a vehicle on a trip is provided. The user computing device is associated with a first vehicle occupant, and is programmed to: (i) detect a second user computing device associated with a second vehicle occupant, (ii) initiate a ping exchange process including emitting a set of non-audible sonic ping signals and detecting a set of signals from the second user computing device over a duration of the trip, (iii) generate a relative positioning map of the user computing device with respect to the second user computing device, (iv) determine that the first vehicle occupant is one of a driver and a passenger of the vehicle, and (v) transmit, to a driver identification (“DI”) server, a trip report including the determination and the generated relative positioning map.
Methods and systems of automatic network service initiation
Embodiments of a device and method are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method of automatic network service initiation involves pairing a first network device of a network service block (NSB) with an installer device at a customer site, at the first network device of the NSB, obtaining first network service configuration information from the installer device, performing automatic network service initiation of the first network device of the NSB based on the first network service configuration information, at a second network device of the NSB that is connected with the first network device of the NSB, obtaining address information of a cloud server from the first network device of the NSB, at the second network device of the NSB, obtaining second network service configuration information from the cloud server based on the address information, and performing automatic network service initiation of the second network device of the NSB based on the second network service configuration information.
Beacons for localization and content delivery to wearable devices
Example systems, devices, media, and methods are described for presenting a virtual experience using the display of an eyewear device in augmented reality. A content delivery application implements and controls the detecting of beacons broadcast from beacon transmitters deployed at fixed locations and determining the current eyewear location based on the detected beacons. The method includes retrieving content and presenting a virtual experience based on the retrieved content, the beacon data, and a user profile. The virtual experience includes playing audio messages, presenting text on the display, playing video segments on the display, and combinations thereof. In addition to wireless detection of beacons, the method includes scanning and decoding a beacon activation code positioned near the beacon transmitter to access a beacon.
PROXIMATE COMMUNICATION WITH A TARGET DEVICE
Systems and methods may use proximate communication to retrieve information pertaining to a target device. In one example, the method may include detecting the target device within a vicinity of a user device, receiving an information request response communication including information pertaining to the target device, and receiving an operation request response communication including information pertaining to a performed operation.
Communication apparatus and communication method
In a communication apparatus on a network where communication apparatuses perform direct communication with each other, a network management apparatus for managing the network based on message information transmitted and received on the network is determined. When the communication apparatus itself is determined as the network management apparatus, the apparatus collects information indicating device capabilities from other communication apparatuses. On the other hand, the communication apparatus receives information indicating device capabilities from another communication apparatus when the other communication apparatus is determined as the network management apparatus.
Wireless network synchronization of cells and client devices on a network
A system and method for wireless synchronization on a network are disclosed. In one embodiment, the wireless device includes a wireless transceiver and processing circuitry. The wireless transceiver wirelessly receives synchronization information including a superframe from a first wireless, reader device, and wirelessly transmits the synchronization information to a second wireless, reader device and a portable wireless device, and to wirelessly detect a presence of a portable wireless device. The processing circuitry communicates synchronization information to the second wireless, reader device and portable wireless device. The superframe is used to synchronize a wireless data exchange between the third wireless, reader device and the portable wireless device.
PAIRING MULTIPLE DEVICES INTO A DESIGNATED GROUP FOR A COMMUNICATION SESSION
