System and method for 5G telecommunication UDM instance identification
Systems and methods for 5G telecommunication UDM instance identification provided to UDRs for auditing purposes and tracking which of a plurality of UDMs is faulty. Specifically, a system for the provision of wireless telecommunication services can include a core network having a first UDR and a first UDM. The first UDM, upon receiving communication from one or more network functions, can communicate a first message to the first UDR. The first message can include a first UDM identification of the first UDM, indicating to the first UDR identification information associated with the first UDM. During tracking or auditing of this data, when the first UDM identification is found to be unable to perform a threshold percentage of write operations to the UDR within a threshold amount of time, communication is provided to a network repository function (NRF) that the first UDM is faulty and corrective action is required.
Methods, systems, and computer readable media for mitigating location tracking and denial of service (DoS) attacks that utilize access and mobility management function (AMF) location service
A method for mitigating location tracking and DoS attacks that utilize an AMF location service includes receiving, at an NF, an authentication response message from an HPLMN of a UE. The method further includes extracting, by the NF and from the authentication response message, a subscription identifier and an indicator of an authentication result for the UE. The method further includes storing, by the NF and in an AMF location service validation database, the subscription identifier and the indicator of the authentication result for the UE. The method further includes receiving, by the NF, an AMF location service message and using at least one of a subscription identifier extracted from the AMF location service message and contents of the AMF location service validation database, to classify the AMF location service message as a location tracking or DoS attack. The method further includes preventing the location tracking or DoS attack.

Method and apparatus for removing policy and charging control rule from default bearer
The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for removing a policy and charging control rule from a default bearer. The method includes: determining whether a received service flow is a service flow of SRVCC switching upon receipt of flow description information of the service flow; and, if the received service flow is the service flow of the SRVCC switching, removing a policy and charging control rule that has been activated on a default bearer for the SRVCC switching, and at the same time issuing a policy and charging control rule made for a newly created bearer.
Data pushing method, apparatus, and system
The present invention relates to a data pushing method, apparatus, and system. The data pushing method includes: sending a query request for a camp-on state of a mobile terminal to a gateway; receiving reply information that is about the camp-on state of the mobile terminal and returned by the gateway; determining, according to the camp-on state of the mobile terminal, a data volume of cached content to be pushed; and sending a pushing instruction to a main cache; sending the first pushing instruction to the main cache if the mobile terminal is in a first camp-on state; and sending the second pushing instruction to the main cache if the mobile terminal is in a second camp-on state, so as to control the main cache to push a second data volume of data of the cached content to the mobile terminal.

Application Relocation Method and Apparatus
Embodiments of this application relate to the field of communications technologies, and disclose an application relocation method and apparatus, to resolve a problem in a conventional technology that a determined target AS is inaccurate and therefore a delay in accessing an application server by UE is long. A specific solution is as follows: A source application function AF obtains first information, where the first information is location information of the UE after a user plane path of a protocol data unit PDU session of the UE changes. The source AF determines a target application server AS based on the first information.
NETWORK TRANSFERRING METHOD, TERMINAL, AND NETWORK-SIDE DEVICE
A network transferring method, a terminal, and a network-side device. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, a currently ongoing service on the terminal; releasing, by the terminal, the currently ongoing service on the terminal in a case that a target service is not present in the currently ongoing service on the terminal; and performing, by the terminal, network transferring of the terminal after releasing the currently ongoing service on the terminal.
