COMMUNICATION EXCHANGE FOR LOCAL DATA SERVICES
The present invention is directed towards a communication exchange system where an ecosystem of one or more HPMN and VPMN operators that are connected to a gateway/exchange that facilitates local data services for users. These users are roaming in the VPMN over existing roaming relationship between VPMN and their HPMN. The local data services are facilitated by adding an identifier to APN. The communication exchange systems also includes an interface that maintains a bi-directional connection with the gateway to exchange information related to the roaming services, and a bi-directional connection with users via their mobile devices' user interface.
Apparatus and method for management of service requests in an overload environment
A system that incorporates the subject disclosure may include, for example, responsive to a determination that a number of failed service requests directed to a first access technology exceeds a threshold for a maximum number of failed service requests, performing cell selection associated with a second radio access technology during an overload mitigation time duration; and responsive to a determination of an expiration of the overload mitigation time duration, transmitting additional service requests associated with the first radio access technology. Other embodiments are disclosed.

Messaging system and method with adaptive packet and mobile network message paths
A gateway (G) interfaces with a packet (IM) network (N) a mobile (GSM) network (N2), a HLR, an IM server (S1) and an SMSC (S2). The gateway (G) has a trajectory database (D) which is dynamically maintained and is accessed to determine in real time the optimum communication paths for messages.

Realm translation in an IMS network
Various embodiments of the present technology allow multi-realm support at I/S-CSCF to IMS by the same I/S-CSCF nodes. Some embodiments allow for a registration message to be received from an IMS client. The registration message can be used to establish, through an Internet Protocol Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) core network, a service between a first endpoint associated with a first realm and a second endpoint associated with a second, different realm. The registration message can be translated so that the second endpoint believes the first endpoint is associated with the second realm before being transmitted to the second endpoint. Upon receiving a successful IMS registration message from the IMS core network, a binding can be created between the first endpoint and the second endpoint.

METHOD AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR INTELLIGENT INTERCONNECTION
The present disclosure discloses a method and electronic device for intelligent interconnection. The method includes: registering push service in a push engine and establishing long connection with the push engine by a first intelligent terminal; registering finding service in a local area network by the first intelligent terminal to enable the local area network to recognize the first intelligent terminal; receiving an intelligent terminal search request and receiving selection operation on a second searched intelligent terminal by the first intelligent terminal, when the first intelligent terminal and the second intelligent terminal are not in a same local area network, transmitting registration service carrying identity information of the second intelligent terminal to the push engine by the first intelligent terminal to enable the push engine to establish a corresponding relationship of the first intelligent terminal and the second intelligent terminal, thereby realizing intelligent interconnection according to the corresponding relationship.
Management of mobility in a communication network as a function of a credits usage profile
A method of managing mobility of a mobile terminal in a communication network comprising a plurality of access points and an access points discovery server adapted for providing the mobile terminal with a list of network access points to which the mobile terminal can connect is disclosed. In some embodiments, the method comprises the following processes implemented by the access points discovery server: recovery, from a credits management server, of a credits usage profile associated with the mobile terminal and generation of the list of access points as a function of said credits usage profile.
