SIMULATING WIRELESS NETWORKS USING MULTILAYER RADIO FREQUENCY RESOLUTION MAPS
One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for simulating wireless networks using multilayer radio frequency resolution maps are provided. A set of resolution maps are selected from a plurality of resolution maps based upon the set of resolution maps corresponding to a speed of emulated user equipment traveling during a simulation of a wireless network or a radio frequency used by the emulated user equipment. A geographical location of the emulated user equipment in a geographical map is translated to a grid location in the set of resolution maps. The emulated user equipment is provided with a cell list at the grid location and signal strengths derived from the set of resolution maps at a given radio frequency and the speed. The emulated user equipment utilizes the cell list and the signal strengths to select and connect to a cell site within the cell list.

CONTENT PUBLISHING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
A system for publishing digital content is described which, in one embodiment, includes a beacon device associated with a first user configured to transmit identification information and information indicating its current position. A browsing device includes a display configured and adapted to display to a second user a representation of a local geographical area, and to selectively display to the second user content information associated with the first user, based at least in part on whether the location of the beacon device is within the local geographical area.

METHOD AND APPARATUS OF SUPPORTING WIRELESS FEMTOCELL COMMUNICATIONS
A method and apparatus of routing a call in a femtocell network are disclosed. In one example call routing method, a call is originated from the mobile station via a femtocell access point and the call is transmitted to a femtocell gateway, a mobile switching center and a carrier gateway server and onto an enterprise gateway server to obtain policy information. A routing policy is determined based on the obtained policy information and the call is routed to its destination based on the routing policy. The call may be routed via local media from a femtocell access point directly to the enterprise gateway server. The call routing procedures may implement the Iuh protocol and/or the session initiation protocol (SIP) for call signaling in the femtocell network. Call routing may be performed in a wireless cellular communications network or an enterprise network environment.

Network assisted connection
Wireless communications are described for network assisted connection. A wireless device may send an indication of a multi-access packet data unit (PDU) session capability. A computing device may send (e.g., based on the indication) an indication to the wireless device to modify a single-access PDU session to a multi-access PDU session.

Communication system
A system comprising means for: receiving a request for locations of a plurality of devices for communicating in a network, said request comprising an identifier for identifying said plurality of devices; checking whether each of two or more devices of said identified plurality of devices has been registered on the network; in response to determining that at least one device of the two or more devices has been registered on the network, determining and reporting at least one location for the at least one device determined to be registered on the network; and in response to determining that at least one device of the two or more devices has not been registered on the network, storing at least one indication of at least one pending request for at least one location of the at least one device not registered on the network.
Serverless core network architecture
Methods for provisioning a service in a first network and providing the service by an entity in a second network are disclosed. The methods comprising maintaining in a software repository in the first network, one or more software images (I1, I2, . . . Ii) of corresponding one or more services and where each service is identified by a service identifier (Si) and storing configuration information related to the one or more services in a database repository of the first network. The method of providing the service in the second network further comprises receiving and storing one or more software images (I1, I2, . . . ) for one or more services of the first network and where each service is identified by a service identifier (Si) and upon detecting a trigger indicating a request for a service of the one or more services, instantiating the software image of the service in the serving network.
