Service Redundancy Method and Related Apparatus
A service redundancy method and a related apparatus, where the method includes sending, by a mobility management entity (MME), a request message to a domain name system (DNS) server, receiving a request response message sent including MME codes (MMECs) of all MMEs in the MME pool, determining a backup MME of the MME according to the MMECs of all the MMEs in the MME pool, sending an interface request message to the DNS server, where the interface request message includes an MMEC of the backup MME and the pool identity of the MME pool, receiving an interface response message from the DNS server, where the interface response message includes interface information of the backup MME, and sending, according to the interface information of the backup MME, user information of user equipment UE attached to the MME to the backup MME.
HANDLING OF BACKUP PATH IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method of handling multipath connections in a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN). The method comprising the steps of determining within the PLMN that a path, established across the PLMN, is a backup path of a multipath connection and providing an explicit indication to one or more nodes within the PLMN that the path is a backup path using a protocol layer that is otherwise unaware of the multipath connection. The method further comprises the step of, at the or each notified node, applying a handling to the path that is differentiated from the handling of non-backup paths.
Method and system for WiBro network interworking in wireless terminal
A method and system for WiBro network interworking in a wireless terminal. The method includes: setting up, by a relay station for connecting the WLAN terminal with the WiBro network, a connection through an initial process with the WiBro network; performing, by an access router, Internet connection authentication on a user of the WLAN terminal in response to a request for Internet connection from the WLAN terminal; allocating, by the access router, an IP address in response to a request for IP address allocation from the WLAN terminal, and then allocating, by a WiBro radio access station, a unique Connection IDentification (CID) corresponding to a QoS level of the terminal user in response to a request from the relay station; and mapping, by the relay station, the allocated unique CID to the IP address of the WLAN terminal and providing Internet service.

Network access fault reporting
A loss of connection between a wireless access point and a network is reported to a network-based service platform by the wireless access point by automatically establishing wireless contact with a second wireless access point, and transmits a predetermined fault report message to a predetermined network platform address by way of the second wireless access point and the second network interface. Authentication credentials are stored in the access point allowing automatic access to the service platform without user intervention, to allow the report to be generated without user intervention. The message may include data on recent usage of the access point, or may be repeated when a user attempts to use the access point, in order to prioritize the fault reported at the service platform.

MANAGING DIGITAL PRE-DISTORTION TRAINING IN RADIO TRANSCEIVERS
Various aspects described herein relate to resolving failures in digital pre-distortion (DPD) training in wireless communications. A failure during DPD training can be identified for a transceiver. One or both of a severity of the failure or a type of the failure can be determined. It can also be determined whether to perform self-recovery from the failure to continue the DPD training based at least in part on one or both of the severity of the failure or the type of the failure.
TROUBLESHOOTING METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM
A troubleshooting method, apparatus, and system are provided, by which continuity of a voice service can be ensured and user experience can be improved. The method includes: receiving, by a second SCC AS after a first service centralization and continuity application server SCC AS becomes faulty, an identity that is of an access transfer control function ATCF device accessed by user equipment and that is sent by a home subscriber server HSS, where the second SCC AS is determined by a call session control function CSCF device after the CSCF device detects that the first SCC AS becomes faulty; sending an identity of the second SCC AS to the ATCF device according to the identity of the ATCF device; and receiving, by the second SCC AS, a handover request that is sent by the ATCF device according to the identity of the second SCC AS.
ENHANCEMENTS TO SHARED DATA
Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for enhancing shared data in a communications system are provided. One method may include receiving or retrieving, at a service consumer, shared data from a service producer. The shared data may include at least one treatment attribute configured to indicate a treatment of at least one attribute in the shared data with respect to at least one attribute in individual subscriber data. The method may also include applying a value provided in the at least one shared data attribute or a value provided in the at least one individual subscriber data attribute based on the at least one treatment attribute.
