SHIFT IDENTIFICATION
Provided are systems and methods for verifying an identity of a user based on a data mesh created from various sources of truth. In one example, a method may include establishing, via a host platform, a first and a authenticated communication channel between a host server of a user account and a host server of a second user account, retrieving, via the first and second authenticated communication channels, PII of the user from the first and second user accounts and combining the PII into a meshed data set, determining a difference between the PII within the meshed data set, and verify an identity of the user based on the determined difference between the PII within the meshed data set and transmitting the verification to a computer system.
Determining an Environmental Parameter From Sensor Data of a Plurality of Automobiles Using a Cellular Network
A computer server receives sensor data via a cellular wireless network from each of a plurality of automobiles in a geographical area. In each automobile of the plurality of automobiles the sensor data is received from sensors located in the respective automobile. The sensor data of the respective automobile may include a time stamp of the sensor data and at least one parameter of an external environment of the respective automobile. The computer server may further determine an external environmental parameter of the geographical area based on the sensor data received from the plurality of automobiles in the geographical area via the cellular wireless network. The external environmental parameter relates to the external environment of the plurality of automobiles in the geographical area. The computer server may transmit the external environmental parameter to multiple automobiles of the plurality of automobiles.
INFORMATION PROVISION METHOD
An information provision method includes accumulating, in a first database, a first identifier identifying each of one or more service providers, and first device information indicating an electrical device to be designated by each of the one or more service providers in association with each other; accumulating, in a second database, a second identifier identifying each of one or more users, and second device information indicating an electrical device to be used by the one or more users in association with each other; extracting a service provider associated with the first device information when the second device information is updated by addition of a new electrical device to be used by one of the one or more users, and when the new electrical device is included in the electrical devices indicated by the first device information.

UE Assisted Mobility Management
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for UE assisted mobility management. A UE may receive, from a network, an initial list of measurement cells, filter the initial list of measurement cells based on criteria to generate an optimized cell list, perform cell measurements based on the optimized cell list, and report, to the network, cell measurements based on the optimized cell list. The criteria may be based, at least in part, on at least one of UE location, UE mobility pattern, and/or UE privacy preservation. The UE may use a geolocation and/or a mobility pattern of the UE and geolocations of cells to filter out cells. The UE may use a privacy preservation algorithm on a previously filtered list of measurement cells to filter out cells to avoid allowing the network to estimate a geolocation of the UE based on the reported measurements.

TECHNIQUE FOR RELAYING CONTROL MESSAGES BETWEEN A CORE NETWORK ENTITY AND RADIO DEVICES
A technique for relaying control messages between a core network entity of a communications network and radio devices served by the base station of the communications network is described. As to a method aspect of the technique, each of the control messages is relayed from one of the radio devices to the core network entity or from the core network entity to one of the radio devices. Each of the relayed control messages comprises an identifier that is indicative of at least one of the respective one of the radio devices and a user thereof. The control messages are stored at the base station, wherein the identifier is replaced in each of the stored control messages by a placeholder value that is independent of at least one of the respective one of the radio devices and the user thereof.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR LEVERAGING EXISTING USER DATA TO VERIFY USER CREDENTIALS
Methods, systems, and devices for leveraging data already collected on a user in a secure and private manner, in particular to verify user credentials for third parties. The methods, systems, and devices innovate beyond traditional security and privacy platforms in computer systems by processing the data to create a useable metric for the purposes of the third parties, in which the useable metric preserves the security and privacy of the underlying data.
