Wireless communication using spatial reuse
Techniques for performing wireless communication using spatial reuse are described. One exemplary wireless communication method comprises including, in a wireless packet, a parameter for controlling a number of wireless devices permitted for spatial reuse, and performing a transmission using the wireless packet. The method may be implemented by a wireless device that includes a processor.
Resource reporting method, terminal device, and network device
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a resource reporting method, a terminal device, and a network device. The terminal device may select a resource to listen to and select a resource to report. In addition, the resource listening approach and the resource reporting approach can be flexibly determined. Therefore, the communication requirements of Release 15 or higher releases can be satisfied. The method includes a terminal device reports to a network device the measurement result of a first wireless time-frequency resource used for terminal-to-terminal communication. The terminal device is a terminal device supporting a network scheduling mode of a terminal-to-terminal communication resource.
Method for optimizing the quality of network resources and the number of services likely to use said resources
The invention relates to a method for optimizing the quantity of network resources and the number of services likely to use said resources in a virtualized telecommunications network comprising the following steps of: evaluating similarities between the services likely to use said resources in terms of the virtual network functions VNFs required for the instantiation of each service, gathering services as a function of their similarities in order to maximize resource sharing, calculating additional resources to accept services awaiting instantiation; running an admission control scheme to accept or reject requests for the instantiation of new services.
Method and apparatus for allocating resource to network slice
A method and an apparatus for allocating a resource to a network slice resolves a problem in the current technology that utilization of radio resource utilization cannot be improved. The method includes: sending, by an access network device, a request message to an AMF, where the request message is used to request resource allocation reference information of a network slice group, the resource allocation reference information includes running information of a network slice or running information of the network slice group, and the network slice belongs to the network slice group; after receiving the request message, sending, by the AMF, the resource allocation reference information to the access network device; receiving, by the access network device, the resource allocation reference information from the AMF; and updating, by the access network device, a radio resource of the network slice group based on the resource allocation by reference.
WIRELESS ACCESS POINT GROUP-BASED CALIBRATION METHOD AND DEVICE, AND COMPUTER STORAGE MEDIUM
Embodiments of this application disclose a group-based calibration method and device. The method includes: A control device that obtains path loss data of a wireless access point AP set, where the AP set includes a plurality of APs, and the path loss data includes a path loss between any two of the plurality of APs. The control device obtains a first calibration group based on the path loss data, and sends first calibration information to a management AP of the first calibration group, where the management AP of the first calibration group is an AP that performs calibration management in the first calibration group. By implementing the foregoing method, the control device may divide a plurality of APs into a plurality of calibration groups based on path loss data between the APs, to decrease a coupling degree between the calibration groups.
Method and system for network slicing based on virtual routing and forwarding instances
A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which a network slice-to-transport domain service is provided. The service includes correlating a network slice identifier, an Internet Protocol subnet, and a virtual routing and forwarding instance pertaining to a network slice, and configuring network devices of the network slice with at least a portion of the correlated information. The service may obtain feedback information from the network devices, and evaluate performance metrics pertaining to the network slice based on the correlated information.

Virtual network element provisioning
A wireless communication network comprises network circuitry which hosts a Virtual Network Function (VNF). A VNF controller instantiates the VNF in the network circuitry and transfers instantiation information for the VNF to provisioning circuitry. The provisioning circuitry receives the instantiation information for the VNF and establishes a provisioning data link to the VNF. The provisioning circuitry transfers network provisioning data to the VNF over the provisioning data link. The VNF controller de-instantiates the VNF in the network circuitry and responsively transfers de-instantiation information for the VNF to the provisioning circuitry. The provisioning circuitry receives the de-instantiation information for the VNF and terminates the provisioning data link to the VNF. The VNF controller may comprise a Network Function Virtualization Management and Orchestration (NFV MANO) computer.
