ASYMMETRIC DYNAMIC SPECTRUM SHARING
Techniques for asymmetric dynamic spectrum sharing are discussed herein. A first portion of spectrum can share spectrum between Long Term Evolution (LTE) and New Radio (NR) radio access technologies (RATs). A second portion of spectrum can be allocated to a particular RAT without sharing. Thus, control signals associated with both RATs can be associated with the shared portion. However, for the portion not shared, control signals for the particular RAT (e.g., NR) can be used without the control signals from the other RAT (e.g., LTE), thereby increasing capacity in the portion not shared.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR COORDINATED COMMUNICATION
A method for coordinated communication and an apparatus for coordinated communication are provided. The method includes: a first access point (AP) sends an announcement message and/or a polling message to one or more second APs. The announcement message announces that the first AP may share a time resource of the first AP. The announcement message may further include identifier information that indicates the one or more second APs, and time information that indicate communication or channel contention of the one or more second APs in the time resource shared by the first AP. The polling message may be used to notify a second AP to start to use, at a preset time, a channel resource shared by the first AP with the second AP for communication or start channel contention at the preset time.
COMMUNICATION METHOD AND APPARATUS
This application provides a communication method and apparatus. In an example method, when a first access network device performs unsuccessful listen before talk (LBT) for channel detection on an unlicensed channel, the first access network device sends first indication information to a second access network device. The first indication information indicates that the first access network device performs unsuccessful LBT for channel detection on the unlicensed channel.
SYSTEM, METHOD, AND APPARATUS FOR PROVIDING DYNAMIC, PRIORITIZED SPECTRUM MANAGEMENT AND UTILIZATION
Systems, methods, and apparatuses for providing dynamic, prioritized spectrum utilization management. The system includes at least one monitoring sensor, at least one data analysis engine, at least one application, a semantic engine, a programmable rules and policy editor, a tip and cue server, and/or a control panel. The tip and cue server is operable utilize the environmental awareness from the data processed by the at least one data analysis engine in combination with additional information to create actionable data.
METHODS AND DEVICES FOR MANAGING TRANSMISSION ON SHARED SPECTRUM CHANNEL
This disclosure relates to methods and devices for managing transmission or retransmission on shared spectrum channel in a wireless communication network. In one implementation, the method may include determining if an uplink grant is deprioritized by a uplink shared channel transmission on a shared spectrum channel. The method may further include determining if a media access control (MAC) data packet has been generated for the deprioritized uplink grant. The method may further include, in response to the uplink grant being deprioritized and the MAC data packet being generated for the deprioritized uplink grant, performing a retransmission of the MAC data packet with an available uplink grant.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SUPPORTING EVOLVING BAND REGULATIONS
A base station may send an indication of frequency subranges supported by the base station to user equipment, which may respond with an indication of the frequency subranges that are also supported by the user equipment. Additionally, a Spectrum Access System (SAS) controller, using environmental sensing capability sensors, may determine whether non-federal networks are disposed in a coverage area of a base station and neighboring coverage areas. If so, then the SAS may indicate to the base station to send an indication to user equipment in the coverage area to operate using a default power mode. Otherwise, the SAS may indicate to the base station to send an indication to the user equipment to operate using a lower power mode. Moreover, a base station may indicate a regulatory requirement to user equipment using network signaling value of multiple network signaling values corresponding to multiple regulatory requirements of multiple geographical regions.
Management server, communication device, method and recording medium
A mechanism which enables management of frequency resources while suppressing a calculation amount under an environment where location information of a communication device changes. A management server including: a creating unit to create list information; an acquiring unit to acquire a step size relating to transmission power setting of the communication device; a re-creation judging unit to judge whether or not to re-create the list information based on first location information when the list information has been created last time, second location information to be judged and the step size; and a notification unit to notify the communication device which uses the list information, of the re-created list information in a case where it is judged to re-create the list information and the list information created last time in a case where it is judged not to re-create the list information.

Radio resource management method, management apparatus, and wireless communication system
A radio resource management method in a management apparatus for managing a wireless network including radio resources provided by owners, the radio resource management method includes, managing radio resource information about the radio resources, acquiring, from a terminal device which uses the radio resources for communication, communication conditions representing conditions in the communication, and controlling the radio resources used by the terminal device for communication on the basis of the radio resource information and the communication conditions.
