TEMPOROSPATIAL, SOFTWARE-DEFINED MARITIME NETWORK USING HIGH-ALTITUDE PLATFORMS
A maritime network provides network coverage for nautical or aerospace vehicles traveling over the sea. Generating the network configuration for the maritime network includes receiving client information for client devices in range of a given node of the maritime network for a period of time that the client devices are traveling asea, as well as location information for the period of time from a plurality of nodes in the network including the given node. Based on the client information and the location information, a network configuration is determined to include a plurality of links to be formed for routing paths through the maritime network. The routing paths are configured to transmit data related to the client devices, and the plurality of links includes a link between the given node and another node in the network that is within a maximum distance from the given node.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK OPTIMIZATION FOR USER APPLICATIONS IN WIRELESS USER EQUIPMENT (UE)
A wireless communication device optimizes network communications for a user application. The wireless communication device generates network characteristics for multiple wireless communication networks based wireless signals received from the multiple wireless communication networks. The wireless communication device transfers the network characteristics for the multiple wireless communication networks to the user application. The wireless communication device receives a selection of one of the wireless communication networks from the user application based on the network characteristics. The wireless communication device communicates over a radio with the selected one of the multiple wireless communication networks responsive to the selection from the user application.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DESIGN PLANNING OF A CELLULAR NETWORK
A computer-implemented method is provided for optimizing positioning performance of a cellular network. The method includes: defining a target area; identifying a set (S) of base station deployment candidate sites (j) within the target area; obtaining, by executing a joint performance optimization routine that jointly optimizes network throughput and positioning performance, wherein a tuning parameter regulates a throughput-positioning ratio of the joint performance optimization routine, active candidate sites as a subset of the set (S) of base station deployment candidate sites (j); and determining the obtained active candidate sites as the sites at which base stations are to be deployed.

Systems and methods for designing a distributed MIMO network
Systems and methods for determining an assignment of radio resources to antennas are provided. In some embodiments, a method includes obtaining an antenna deployment including antennas and corresponding locations for the antennas; determining a cell assignment for the antennas such that each antenna is assigned to one cell out of one or more cells; and, based on the cell assignment, determining a resource assignment for the antennas such that each antenna is assigned to one radio resource out of one or more radio resources. In this way, some embodiments disclosed herein provide a lightweight and efficient method to design a distributed antenna deployment. In some embodiments, the resulting network is optimized in terms of the total area where a high rank is achieved.

Perspective detection method, perspective detection apparatus and perspective detection program
In two-dimensional map information showing communication equipment installation structures on which communication equipment is installed, roads, and buildings, a narrow region between the buildings is detected based on a distance of an interval of the buildings adjacent to each other and a predetermined length and a connection line connecting the buildings is imparted to an opened portion of the detected narrow region, a line-of-sight detection line is extended with any one of the communication equipment installation structures set as a start point and the line-of-sight detection line is rotated around the start point, intersections of the line-of-sight detection line and a contour line of the building or the connection line is detected and the intersection at a shortest distance from the start point among the detected intersections is detected as a line-of-sight intersection, and, when the line-of-sight intersection and another line-of-sight intersection belong to the same building, a line-of-sight range line along the contour line of the building is imparted to between the two line-of-sight intersections.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING RADIO ACCESS NETWORK ANTENNA POOR PERFORMANCE SUBSCRIBER IMPACT
A device may receive antenna alert data associated with antennas of a plurality of base stations of a network, and may process the antenna alert data, with a correlation model, to generate a correlation heatmap matrix. The device may utilize a change point detection model to process the antenna alert data, associated with the correlation heatmap matrix, to determine change point metrics, and may calculate scores for the antenna alert data associated with the correlation heatmap matrix and the change point metrics. The device may perform one or more corrective actions based on the scores.
