Method for transmitting and receiving signal by terminal supporting dual-connectivity between E-UTRA and NR and terminal performing the method
Provided is a method for transmitting and receiving a signal by a terminal supporting dual-connectivity between evolved universal terrestrial radio access (E-UTRA) and new radio (NR). In the method, when the terminal is configured to aggregate at least two carriers and when the at least two carriers include one of E-UTRA operating bands 1, 3, 19, and 21 and at least one of NR operating bands n78 and n79, an uplink center frequency of a first carrier among the at least two carriers is a first value and a downlink center frequency of the first carrier is a second value, a predetermined maximum sensitivity degradation (MSD) is applied to a reference sensitivity used for reception of the downlink signal.
Starting a bandwidth part inactivity timer of an active bandwidth
A wireless device receives configuration parameters comprising a value for a bandwidth part inactivity timer. Downlink control information, indicating a resource assignment, is received on a primary cell. The bandwidth part inactivity timer of an active bandwidth part of the primary cell is started in response to determining that no random access procedure is ongoing on a secondary cell. A switch from the active bandwidth part to a default bandwidth part is made in response to an expiry of the bandwidth part inactivity timer.

Measurement reporting method of terminal and terminal using same
Provided are a measurement reporting method of a terminal in which a primary cell is set and a terminal apparatus using the measurement reporting method. The method comprises: a step for adding a secondary cell; a step for determining whether the secondary cell is applicable to related measurement; and a step for determining whether the secondary cell is included in a cellsTriggeredList, wherein when the secondary cell is not applicable to the related measurement and the secondary cell is included in the cellsTriggeredList, the secondary cell is removed from the cellsTriggeredList.

Wireless Uplink Resource Allocation
A wireless device may receive configuration parameters of cells comprising a primary cell that is not configured with scheduling request (SR) resources and a secondary cell that is configured with SR resources and that is in a secondary timing advance group (sTAG). A wireless device may determine to perform an SR process. Based on the wireless device not having an uplink data channel resource available in a time interval and not having a valid timing advance for the secondary cell in the time interval, the wireless device may initiate a random access procedure.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ROBUST BEAM REPORTING
A system and method for performing robust beam reporting is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method performed by a first communication node includes: receiving at least one reference signal; determining at least one reference signal received power (RSRP) value associated with the at least one reference signal; generating a RSRP report in accordance with a predetermined format that groups the at least one RSRP value into N sets of RSRP values, each set containing at least one RSRP value, and associates each of the N sets of RSRP values with a respective one of N sets of resource groups, wherein each set of resource groups contains at least one resource group, and N is a positive integer; and transmitting the RSRP report.

ENHANCED TRIGGER-BASED NULL DATA PACKET FOR CHANNEL SOUNDING
This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to a trigger-based null data packet (NDP) for channel sounding system. A device may send a trigger frame to a group of station devices, the group of station devices including a first station device, the trigger frame indicating a high efficiency (HE) long training field (HE-LTF) mode and a guard interval duration. The device may identify a HE trigger-based (TB) null data packet (NDP) received from the first station device, the HE TB NDP including a first packet extension field, wherein the HE TB NDP is associated with the HE-LTF mode and the guard interval duration indicated in the trigger frame. The device may send a downlink NDP including a second packet extension field, a second HE-LTF mode, and a second guard interval duration. The device may determine channel state information based on HE TB NDP received from the first station device.
