METHODS, COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND NODES FOR ENABLING HANDLING OF DATA PACKETS IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a method performed by a core network node for enabling handling of data packets in a wireless communication system. The core network node identifies a potentially malicious service data flow associated with a communication device. The core network node assigns, to the potentially malicious service data flow, an identifier value to an identifier. The identifier value indicates that data packets associated with the potentially malicious service data flow should be handled according to a packet handling rule for potentially malicious data packets. The core network node provides an identifier comprising the identifier value towards the communication device towards at least one of an access node that serves the communication device in the access network, and a second core network node that processes data packets to and from the communication device.
DISTRIBUTED CONGESTION CONTROL FOR SENSOR SHARING
In an aspect of the disclosure, methods, a computer-readable media, and apparatus are provided. A method for wireless communication includes detecting a first object using one or more sensors. The method includes receiving one or more messages from one or more second devices indicating detection of one or more second objects. The one or more messages indicating information about the one or more second objects. The method further includes selecting information about the first object to report in a message to one or more third devices based on whether the first object corresponds to at least one object of the one or more second objects in the one or more messages.
Method for Data Packet Transferring Based on Packet Loss Prediction
A baseband processing unit (BPU) and method therein for segmenting data to be transferred into data packets and transferring data packets to a radio processing unit via a communication link. The BPU selects a certain amount of data among the data to be transferred and obtain a packet loss pattern of the communication link based on the current load and user scenario. The BPU segments the data to be transferred into data packets based on the packet loss pattern of the communication link such that the selected data are distributed to data packets to be transferred in a packet region where packet loss rate is lower than a packet loss threshold and transfers the data packets to the radio processing unit.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DETERMINING RESOURCES TO BE SENSED FOR DEVICE-TO-DEVICE COMMUNICATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
A method of performing sensing for device-to-device (D2D) communication in a wireless communication system may include receiving, by a first user equipment (UE), sidelink control information (SCI) in slot m; determining a first exclusion candidate based on a reception power measurement value of a data channel corresponding to the SCI; determining slot m+Gap in which the same data as in the slot m is transmitted; determining a second exclusion candidate based on the slot m+Gap; excluding a resource in which the first and second exclusion candidates and a candidate to be sensed overlap from a resource to be sensed; and performing sensing on the resource to be sensed.
MEASUREMENT METHOD AND APPARATUS
A first access network device sends, to a terminal device, an application layer measurement configuration used to indicate the terminal device to perform quality of experience measurement and collection on a first service. The application layer measurement configuration includes a type of the first service and an indicator of quality of experience of the first service. The type of the first service includes one or more of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and 5th Generation Media Streaming (5GMS). The first access network device receives an application layer measurement report from the terminal device. The application layer measurement report includes the type of the first service and a value corresponding to the indicator of quality of experience of the first service.
METHOD FOR ACTIVATING A COMMUNICATION INTERFACE OF A RESIDENTIAL GATEWAY IN A LOCAL COMMUNICATION NETWORK, CORRESPONDING EQUIPMENT AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
A method for activating at least one communication interface of a residential gateway of a local communication network to which a main item of equipment configured for connecting to the at least one communication interface of the residential gateway is connected is disclosed. This method is implemented by at least one secondary item of equipment configured for communicating with the at least one main item of equipment via a first wireless communication channel, and with the residential gateway via a second wireless communication channel associated with at least one other communication interface of the residential gateway. This method includes transmitting to the at least one main item of equipment, over the first wireless communication channel, of a message controlling the at least one main item of equipment, and transmitting to the residential gateway, over the second wireless communication channel, of a request to activate the at least one communication interface.
METHODS, SYSTEMS, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIA FOR ESTABLISHING MESSAGE PRIORITY IN NETWORK SLICES BASED ON QUALITY OF SERVICE PARAMETERS
A method for establishing message priority in network slices based on quality of service (QoS) parameters includes receiving, by a network slice configuration service provider entity and from a network slice management service provider entity, a network slice creation notification message containing at least a QoS profile corresponding to a created network slice, utilizing the QoS profile to derive a service based interface (SBI) message priority (SMP) associated with the network slice, and providing the SMP to a requesting access and mobility management function (AMF) entity in response to receiving a network slice selection request message from the AMF entity, wherein the AMF entity assigns the SMP level value to network traffic directed to the network slice.
