Method and system for carrier-initiated traffic tuning and communication of subscriber parameters
A network device for a mobile carrier network sends, to a third-party content platform, a client message including a first dedicated subscription parameter extension. The first dedicated subscription parameter extension indicates one or more subscription parameters for a data flow between a user equipment (UE) device that originated the client message and the third-party content platform. The network device receives, from the third-party content platform, a server message including a second dedicated subscription parameter extension. The second dedicated subscription parameter extension confirms the third-party content platform will abide by the one or more subscription parameters. The network device generates, based on the one or more subscription parameters, a policy enforcement rule for the data flow that relies, at least in part, on cooperation of the third-party content platform.

LOCAL WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, RADIO FIELD INTENSITY CONTROL METHOD, CONTROL DEVICE, AND PROGRAM
An embodiment of the present invention is a local wireless communication system that emits a radio wave in a licensed band to form a wireless communication environment in a predetermined area. The system includes a base station configured to emit a radio wave, a plurality of sensors disposed along an edge of the area, and a control apparatus. The sensors each measure a radio field intensity of the radio wave emitted from the base station, and feed the radio field intensity back to the control apparatus via the base station. The control apparatus controls a transmission power of the radio wave from the base station to control the fed radio field intensity.
COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, COMMUNICATION DEVICE, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE
Provided is a device that executes a process of guaranteeing protection for a protection system in a case where a communication device itself, such as an access point, that executes wireless communication determines a frequency or the like used for the wireless communication. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a communication system includes a plurality of communication devices configured to execute wireless communication using a frequency of a specific frequency band; and an information processing device configured to record information regarding interference of the plurality of communication devices with a protection system in the specific frequency band. The communication device executes single interference estimation on the protection system before executing the wireless communication to estimate interference of the wireless communication with the protection system. In addition, the communication device executes the wireless communication in a case where a sum of aggregated interference of the plurality of communication devices with the protection system before executing the single interference estimation obtained from the information and interference estimated by executing the single interference estimation does not exceed a limit value of interference with the protection system.
Background Data Transfer Policy Formulation Method, Apparatus, and System
Embodiments of this application disclose a background data transfer policy formulation method, an apparatus, and a system. The method includes: A first policy control network element sends, to a first network element, a first message used to request a background data transfer policy stored in the first network element, and obtains, from the first network element, the background data transfer policy stored in the first network element and second decision information that is used to formulate a second background data transfer policy. The first policy control network element formulates a first background data transfer policy based on first decision information used to formulate the first background data transfer policy and the second decision information and according to the background data transfer policy stored in the first network element.

TIME-DIVISION COMMUNICATION ANALYSIS AND BANDWIDTH ALLOCATION IN A WIRELESS NETWORK
A communication management resource receives first input indicating a first time-division communication configuration associated with first wireless stations operated by a first wireless network service provider. The communication management resource receives second input indicating a second time-division communication configuration associated with second wireless stations such as operated by a second wireless network service provider. Based on spectral analysis of implementing the first time-division communication configuration and the second time-division communication configuration, the communication management resource controls implementation of time-division communication configurations by the first wireless stations and the second wireless stations.
Techniques for relaying resource reservation information on a sidelink
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first wireless communication device may receive, on a sidelink and from a second wireless communication device, resource reservation information associated with the second wireless communication device. The resource reservation information may identify sidelink resources that are reserved for the second wireless communication device for transmission on the sidelink. The first wireless communication device may transmit, on the sidelink, the resource reservation information to a third wireless communication device. Numerous other aspects are provided.
Access Load Control in Peer-to-Peer Networks
Implementations relate to identifying an event disrupting connectivity to a first network; determining, for an apparatus, that the apparatus has a connection to a second network; transmitting a message indicating to one or more neighboring devices that the apparatus has network connectivity; receiving a first relay request from a first device and a second relay request from a second device; forwarding, using the connection to the second network, a message associated with the first relay request; and transmitting, to the second device, a backoff message.
METHOD OF LOAD FORECASTING VIA KNOWLEDGE DISTILLATION, AND AN APPARATUS FOR THE SAME
A server may obtain teacher artificial intelligence (AI) models from source base stations; obtain target traffic data from a target base station; obtain an integrated teacher prediction based on the target traffic data by integrating teacher prediction results of the teacher AI models based on teacher importance weights; obtain a student AI model that is trained to converge a student loss on the target traffic data; update the teacher importance weights to converge a teacher loss between a student prediction of the student AI model on the target traffic data, and the integrated teacher prediction of the teacher AI models on the target traffic data; update the student AI model based on the updated teacher importance weights being applied to the teacher prediction results of the teacher AI models; and predict a communication traffic load of the target base station using the updated student AI model.
