METHOD FOR LINK SWITCHING AND COMMUNICATION DEVICE
Embodiments of the present application provide a method link switching and a communication device. The method comprises: a first terminal communicates with a network by means of an air interface direct link; and if the first terminal detects that the link quality of the air interface direct link becomes poor or receives indication information of a network side, the first terminal triggers establishment of a relay link, and switches from the air interface direct link to the relay link.
HANDOVER METHOD AND APPARATUS, STORAGE MEDIUM, AND TERMINAL
A handover method and apparatus, a storage medium, and a terminal are provided, the method including: generating, by a relay UE. replacement indication information based on cell reselection or handover being performed, wherein the replacement indication information indicates replacement of a target base station or a target cell corresponding to the relay UE. or indicates termination of handover for a remote UE; and transmitting, by the relay UE. the replacement indication information to the remote UE.
OPERATION METHOD AND APPARATUS RELATED TO RRC CONNECTION AND TIMER OF A REMOTE UE IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
An embodiment relates to an operation method of a remote user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, including selecting a relay UE by the remote UE, establishing PC5 connection with the relay UE by the remote UE, and transmitting a message related to RRC connection to the relay UE by the remote UE, and in this case, the remote UE initiates one or more timers related to RRC connection with a base station (BS), and the one or more timers are different from a first timer used when the remote UE performs a direct RRC connection procedure with the BS.
PATH SWITCH WITH SERVICE CONTINUITY IN A LAYER-2 UE-TO-NETWORK RELAY
An indirect-to-indirect path switching procedure is proposed for transferring operation of a remote user equipment (UE) from a first relay UE to a second relay UE, while preserving continuity of the user's service(s) offered by a cellular network through the first and second relay UEs, in a layer 2 UE-to-network relaying architecture.
Delinking method implemented by UE in wireless communication system, and UE using said method
Provided are a delinking method implemented by a remote UE in a wireless communication system, and a device using said method. The method is characterized by: receiving a disconnect message for disconnecting a link between a relay UE and the remote UE; disconnecting the link on the basis of the disconnect message; and not attempting to establish a link between the remote UE and the relay UE in a UE-specified time section.
Method and device in UE and base station used for wireless communication
The present disclosure discloses a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station used for wireless communication. The UE first receives a first signaling and a second radio signal, and then transmitting a first radio signal on a sidelink. The first signaling is correlated to a first synchronization sequence. The first signaling is used for determining at least one of {first signature sequence, second synchronization sequence}. The first signature sequence is used for generating the first radio signal. The receiving timing of the second radio signal is used for determining the transmitting timing of the first radio signal. The second radio signal is associated with the second synchronization sequence. The first synchronization sequence differs from the second synchronization sequence. The first operation is transmitting, or the first operation is receiving. According to the present disclosure, both system performance and transmission efficiency are improved.
Radio resource management for network assisted new radio V2X sidelink resource allocation
Various radio resource management techniques may be implemented to reduce in-device coexistence issues and/or interference between a Uu link established between a mobile device (first UE) and a base station (first NB), and a sidelink/PC5 link established between the first UE and another mobile device (second UE), where the second UE is served by a different base station (second NB). The first UE may receive, from the first NB, measurement configuration information that enables/configures the first UE to report to the NB any indication(s) of issues caused by communications between the first UE and the second UE over the PC5 link affecting communications between the first UE and the first NB over the Uu link, and/or communications over the Uu link affecting communications over the PC5 link. The first NB may analyze the feedback from the first UE and may implement mitigation measures to reduce/eliminate any interference and/or in-device-coexistence issues.
Method and apparatus for a remote user equipment (UE) to support direct to indirect communication path switching in a wireless communication system
A method and device are disclosed from the perspective of a remote UE. In one embodiment, the remote UE establishes a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection with a network node. The remote UE also transmits a Layer 2 Identity (L2ID) of the remote UE to the network node. The remote UE further receives a first RRC Reconfiguration message from the network node for path switching from direct to indirect communication, wherein the first RRC Reconfiguration message indicates a relay UE for the path switching. In addition, the remote UE establishes a PC5 connection with the relay UE. Furthermore, the remote UE transmits a first RRC Reconfiguration Complete message corresponding to the first RRC Reconfiguration message to the network node via the relay UE.
CONTROLLER WITH NETWORK MODE AND DIRECT MODE
A controller in a wireless system that may switch between two modes. In a first mode, the controller communicates directly with a wireless transceiver, using a first wireless protocol, and receives audio signal directly from the wireless transceiver, using a second wireless protocol. In a second mode, the controller communicates with a wireless transceiver via a wireless access point, using the first wireless protocol, and receives audio signal from the wireless transceiver via a wireless access point, using the second wireless protocol.
Sidelink Advanced Notification
For a UE in a wireless network and able to communicate via sidelink communications with other UE(s), the UE determines whether a specific condition exists indicating the UE has limited availability of CG resources used to communicate for the sidelink communications. The UE sends, using the sidelink communications, a message indicating the limited availability of the CG resources toward the other UE(s). Another UE receives the message indicating a limited availability of CG resources for the UE, and prepares an application in the other UE for a less sensitive mode of operation having less QoS than a mode having a normal QoS. A base station can configure the UE with the CG resources and provide a set of parameters to the UE to be used to form the message for the user equipment to transmit to the other UE(s) using sidelink communications.
