Beam configuration for secondary cells
Procedures for using a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state in wireless communications are described. A base station may send one or more configuration parameters indicating a plurality of cells to be updated with a same TCI state. A wireless device may perform, via the plurality of cells and using one or more parameters associated with the TCI state, at least one of transmission or reception.

Soft physical cell identifier (PCI) change
Aspects relate to a soft physical cell identifier (PCI) change within a wireless network. A scheduling entity may communicate with a set of one or more scheduled entities within a first cell utilizing a first PCI. The scheduling entity may determine that a second PCI of a second cell co-located with the first cell has been assigned to the scheduling entity, for example, as a result of a PCI collision. The scheduling entity may implement a soft PCI change from the first PCI to the second PCI during a transition period within which the set of one or more scheduled entities may be transferred from the first cell to the second cell. The scheduling entity may then discontinue using the first PCI after completion of the transition period.
Dynamic assignment of users in a multi-band network based on the antenna sector power ratio
Methods and systems are provided for delaying a dynamic connection modification of a user device connection. A first frequency band is determined to have a greater sector power ratio (SPR) than a second frequency band. The first frequency band is determined to have a loading factor above a threshold. Based at least in part on the first frequency band having the greater SPR and the first frequency band having the loading factor above the threshold, a connection of the user device to the first frequency band for access for to a wireless communication protocol is delayed.

Offender Electronic Monitoring Program Compliance Assessment and Program Revision
An electronic monitoring device and system uses a wearable monitoring device in conjunction with an associated smartphone's location services to track a person's location. Cameras or biometric sensors associated with the smartphone allow incremental responses to apparent violations by requiring the wearer to check-in using a photograph, biometric data, GPS location, and other relevant information. The system optimizes compliance by tracking KPIs and using predictive analytics to adjust compliance programs as they apply to client throughout the system.

Channel Switching
Methods, systems and apparatuses for performing a channel switch by an access point (AP) multi-link device (MLD) and non-AP MLD are described. An AP MLD may transmit information about parameters of an AP that will be implemented following an upcoming channel switch. The non-AP MLD may use the information to implement the channel switch.

Carrier information transmission to wireless devices
Methods, apparatuses, and systems for wireless communications are described. A base station may send a message with configuration parameters to a wireless device, and the configuration parameters may be for at least two different types of carriers used for communications.
