System information sending method, network device and terminal device
The present disclosure provides a method for transmitting system information, a network device, and a terminal device. The network device sends first type system information used by a terminal device to perform cell detection in a non-standalone cell which cannot be camped. The method includes: transmitting first type system information for a terminal device to perform cell detection, wherein the first type system information is system information for a non-standalone cell which cannot be camped.

Data transmission method and apparatus
A data transmission method and an apparatus are disclosed. The method includes: generating, by a first transmit device, a data frame sequence, where the first data frame sequence includes a first data frame, the first data frame includes a switching interval, the switching interval includes first identification information, and the first data frame corresponds to a first data period; detecting, by the first transmit device, whether a beam adjustment request is received within the first data period, and if the beam adjustment request is received, setting the first identification information in the switching interval of the first data frame to invalid; or if no beam adjustment request is received, setting the first identification information to valid; and sending, by the first transmit device, the first data frame.

BEAM FAILURE RECOVERY METHOD AND APPARATUS, UE, BASE STATION, AND READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
Disclosed in the present application is a beam failure recovery method and apparatus, a UE, a base station, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: a UE determines a target reporting mode for beam failure of a first SCell; if the UE detects that beam failure occurs to the first SCell, the UE reports information of beam failure recovery to a base station by using the target reporting mode; the base station performs beam failure recovery of the first SCell according to the detected information indicating that a beam failure event occurs to the first SCell and/or candidate beam information. According to the present application, a UE may perform beam failure reporting of a SCell in a relatively reliable mode or a relatively reliable mode selected by a base station, so that the system is able to use a reliable beam reporting mode of the SCell to perform beam failure recovery of the SCell.
SERVICE PACKET TRANSMISSION METHOD AND APPARATUS
The present disclosure relates to service packet transmission methods. In one example method, a target user plane network element receives a first uplink service packet from a source user plane, where the first uplink service packet is an uplink service packet received by the source user plane after receiving a second uplink service packet, and the second uplink service packet is the last uplink service packet from the source user plane to a source application server. The target user plane network element receives first indication information, used to indicate that sending of the first uplink service packet by the source user plane network element ends, from the source user plane network element. The target user plane network element sends, to a target AS after the first uplink service packet is sent, an uplink service packet that is from an access network device to the target user plane network element.

Method and device for camping
The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and a device for camping. The method includes: receiving selection or reselection configuration information, wherein the selection or reselection configuration information indicates a location of a bandwidth part (BWP) or a beam; and according to the selection or reselection configuration information, camping on the BWP or beam on which the corresponding UE is able to camp.

METHOD FOR PERFORMING COMMUNICATION BY USING NON-TERRESTRIAL NETWORK, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
Disclosed is a terminal and a base station for communicating each other by using a non-terrestrial network (NTN). A method of a terminal may include the steps of receiving, from a base station, configuration information for cell changing or beam failure recovery, determining, by using the configuration information, whether a trigger condition for cell changing or beam failure recovery is satisfied, and performing a cell changing or beam failure recovery operation when the trigger condition is satisfied; and an apparatus.
