USE OF SYSTEM RESPONSE TIME FOR CELL OR BEAM (RE)SELECTION
Systems and methods for using response times of one or more Radio Access Network (RAN) nodes for cell or beam selection or reselection are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, a method performed by a User Equipment (UE) for cell or beam selection or reselection in a cellular communications system comprises receiving response times from one or more RAN nodes. The method further comprises performing a cell or beam selection or reselection procedure that takes into consideration the response times received from the one or more RAN nodes. Corresponding embodiments of a UE are also disclosed. Embodiments of a method performed by a RAN node and corresponding embodiments of a RAN node are also disclosed.
INFORMATION REPORTING METHOD, INFORMATION RECEIVING METHOD, TERMINAL AND NETWORK DEVICE
Embodiments of the disclosure provide an information reporting method, an information receiving method, a terminal and a network device. The information reporting method includes: reporting, to a network device, information of a connection failure or a secondary cell addition failure, wherein the connection failure includes at least one of the following: a conditional handover failure, a reduction in user data interruption (RUDI) failure and a dual active protocol stack (DAPS) failure.

SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR DETECTING UN-RESPONSIVE CELLS OVER LTE AND 5G NETWORKS
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, collecting network data for a plurality of cells of a cellular communication network, identifying a particular cell of the plurality of cells is in an un-responsive state, wherein the identifying is based on the network data, selecting a plurality of user equipment (UE) devices as UE test devices, forcing cell reselection attempts, handover attempts, or both, by the UE test devices to communicate with the particular cell, confirming the particular cell is in the un-responsive state based on failure of the cell reselection attempts or failure of the handover attempts, and communicating a restart signal from the processing system to cause the particular cell to restart to a responsive state. Other embodiments are disclosed.

INTERFERENCE REDUCTION IN MULTI-SIM CARD (MSIM) WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICES
Aspects relate to reducing interference in multi-subscriber identity module card (MSIM) wireless communication devices. The wireless communication device may select a first cell for communication in a first frequency band of a first frequency range utilizing a first SIM card. The wireless communication device may further identify a cell subset of set of cells operating in respective second frequency bands of a second frequency range that each minimize interference with the first frequency band. The wireless communication device may then select a second cell of the cell subset for communication utilizing a second SIM card.

CONDITIONAL OPERATIONS WITH A SUSPENDED RADIO CONNECTION
A method in a first base station for managing a conditional operation related to a user equipment UE includes sending, by processing hardware to the UE, a conditional connection information including at least one of a (i) configuration data related to a second base station in order for the UE to operate in dual connectivity with the first base station and the second base station, or (ii) one or more conditions connecting to the second base station (2202). The method also includes, in response to determining, by the processing hardware, that the UE is to suspend a radio connection with the first base station (2204): causing the UE to suspend a radio connection with the first base station (2206), and causing the second base station to release the conditional connection information (2208).
