System and method for enabling cell reselection
A method, a system, and a non-transitory storage medium are described which provide for generating, by a wireless station of a multi-radio access technology (RAT) radio access network (RAN) that includes a new radio (NR) RAN and a RAN of a Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, a non-system information block (SIB) message that includes cell reselection priority information and NR stand-alone (SA) neighboring cell information, wherein an order of priority configures an end device attached to the LTE RAN to reselect to a first radio frequency (RF) channel of a first NR SA neighboring cell; and broadcasting the non-SIB message to the end device.

Electronic apparatus and communication control method
An electronic apparatus includes a wireless communication section that performs wireless communication through an external access point, a processing section that performs communication control of the wireless communication section, and a storage section. The storage section stores, in association with each other, terminal identification information for identifying the terminal device that performed wireless communication through the first access point and identification information for identifying the first access point. The wireless communication section performs a packet capturing process. The processing section determines, based on a capturing result, the identification information of the first access point, and the terminal identification information of the terminal device, whether switching from the first access point is performed.

METHODS OF MANAGING COMMUNICATION BASED ON INFORMATION DEFINING AN OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AND RELATED NODES
Methods may be provided to operate a Radio Access Network RAN node of a wireless communication network. Information defining an operational environment in which a wireless device is operating may be obtained. Communication with the wireless device may be managed based on the information defining the operational environment in which the wireless device is operating. Related RAN nodes, computer programs, and computer program products are also discussed.
INTERACTION OF POSITIONING AND MEDIA ACCESS CONTROL PROCEDURES
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine its position based on one or more position reference signals (PRSs), which the UE receives via different component carriers (CCs). The UE may maintain an active state with a first CC transmitting a PRS, while activating and deactivating a secondary CC that may transmit PRSs based on a periodic interval. Additionally, the UE may apply similar techniques for inactive BWPs where a PRS spans multiple BWPs. In some implementations, the position of the UE may enhance a UE mobility procedure based on determining a resource to use for the UE mobility procedure that is dependent upon the position of the UE. For example, the UE mobility procedure may include a random access procedure or a handover procedure. Additionally, the resources used for the mobility procedures may be quasi co-located with PRSs.

RELAXATION OF MOBILITY CONDITION BASED ON SERVING CELL QUALITY
A method and apparatus for relaxation of mobility condition based on serving cell quality is provided. A wireless device, which has been configured with conditional mobility, performs a conditional mobility to a target cell by using a mobility condition related to the target cell upon detecting a radio link problem on a serving cell.
