Base Station Switching Method and Apparatus
This application provides a base station switching method and an apparatus. The method includes: A terminal sends one piece of binding signaling that carries SIM card binding information to a source base station; the terminal switches a plurality of SIM cards from being connected to the source base station to being connected to the target base station; and the terminal sends radio resource control reconfiguration complete information to the target base station, where the radio resource control reconfiguration complete information includes information about the plurality of SIM cards that complete the switching operation.
MITIGATING ADJACENT CHANNEL INTERFERENCE FOR A DUAL RADIO NETWORK DEVICE
Examples described herein mitigate adjacent channel interference for dual radios of a network device. Examples described herein may associate, by a network device, a first client device with a first radio of the network device, associate, by the network device, a second client device with a second radio of the network device, determine that the first and second client devices are within a steering threshold, and based on the determination that the first and second client devices are within the steering threshold, steer, by the network device, the second client device from the second radio to the first radio. Examples described herein may communicate, using the first radio of the network device, with the first and second client devices.

NETWORK APPLICATION ORCHESTRATION SYSTEM
Systems and methods for managing communications between edge devices and cloud devices over a first network (e.g., a private network such as a private 5G network) and a second network (e.g., a public network such as a public 5G network), involving monitoring an amount of traffic data in the first network. When the amount of traffic data exceeds a predetermined value, systems and methods further involve selecting one or more applications executing in a device of the first network; migrating the selected one or more applications from the first network to the second network; and changing a destination address of data communications associated with the selected one or more applications from the device in the first network to another device in the second network; wherein the selecting the one or more applications is conducted based on compute resources required for executing each one or more applications per traffic data.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING DUPLICATED PACKETS DURING HANDOVER PROCEDURE IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a method of processing packets by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, wherein a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) entity of the UE has a first decompression function for a first network and a second decompression function for a second network. Especially, the method comprises receiving a first packet from the first network; delivering the first packet to an upper layer after decompressing the first packet using the first decompression function; connecting the second network with maintaining a connection of the first network; receiving the first packet and a second packet from the second network; discarding the first packet after decompressing the first packet using the second decompression function; and delivering the second packet to the upper layer after decompressing the second packet using the second decompression function.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE PERFORMING MEASUREMENT ON MEASUREMENT OBJECT OF INTER-RAT AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE SAME
An electronic device may comprise a plurality of antennas, at least one processor, and an RF circuit. The at least one processor may be configured to identify at least one channel measurement configuration associated with a second RAT different from a first RAT in a state in which the electronic device is connected to a first communication network based on the first RAT, perform measurement on at least one measurement object identified based on at least some of the at least one channel measurement configuration, using at least one first antenna among the plurality of antennas, detect an event requiring a switch of an antenna for performing the measurement, and control the RF circuit to perform the measurement, using at least one second antenna different from the at least one first antenna among the plurality of antennas, based on detection of the event.
Efficient Emergency Services Fallback
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for performing efficient emergency services fallback. A cellular network element may provide emergency services fallback information to a wireless device during 3GPP 5GS cellular registration. The emergency services fallback information may include an indication of whether emergency services fallback via fallback to evolved packet core service is supported. The emergency services fallback information may also include an indication of whether emergency services fallback via fallback to circuit switched service is supported.
