Conditional Handover for Wireless Networks
According to an example embodiment, a method may include receiving, by a user equipment from a serving base station associated with a source cell, a reconfiguration message that includes a target cell configuration for a target cell, a configuration of a conditional handover execution condition, and information that indicates that the user equipment should immediately decode and apply the target cell configuration upon receiving the reconfiguration message; and immediately decoding and applying, by the user equipment, the target cell configuration upon receiving the reconfiguration message, without waiting for the conditional handover execution condition to be fulfilled.
System, Method, and Computer-Readable Medium for Concurrent Termination of Multiple Calls at a Mobile Terminal
A system, method and computer-readable medium for allocating multiple subscriptions to a single mobile terminal thereby allowing concurrent termination of multiple calls at the mobile terminal are provided. A mobile terminal adapted to terminate multiple concurrent calls is described. In one implementation, a network need not have any configuration data regarding the multi-line capabilities of the mobile terminal. In other implementations, network-centric mechanisms are provided for allowing multiple concurrent calls to be terminated by a mobile terminal. Multiple concurrent calls may be terminated at a mobile terminal on separate carrier frequencies or alternatively may be terminated on a common carrier frequency.

NETWORK DEVICE HANDOVER METHOD AND TERMINAL DEVICE
An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a handover method between network devices and a network device. The method includes: sending, by a network device, at least one handover command corresponding to a plurality of target network devices to a terminal device. The at least one handover command corresponding to the plurality of target network devices includes a first handover command, and the first handover command includes configuration information of a first target network device among the plurality of target network devices, so that the terminal device starts a first access timer corresponding to the first target network device in response to that the terminal device determines to establish a connection with the first target network device. The terminal device establishes a connection with the first target network device according to the first access timer.
MITIGATING USER EQUIPMENT OVERHEATING FOR 5G OR OTHER NEXT GENERATION NETWORK
Wireless network operations can choose a long-term evolution (LTE) and 5G new radio (NR) dual connectivity deployment architecture using LTE as the anchor radio access network (RAN) node and adding mmWave NR as a secondary node when available. However, dual LTE/NR radios can consume more power and contribute more heat, thus degrading performance of radio frequency components. The overheating can be addressed by the user equipment (UE) sending an information message to indicate areas in which it requests to operate with reduced capability. Consequently, the network can determine whether to grant the request, or the UE can switch between NR to LTE depending on NR downlink channel quality.
RELAY APPARATUS, PROGRAM, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND METHOD
To provide a relay apparatus for relay communication between a wireless base station and a communication terminal, the relay apparatus including: a relay function management switch for switching from on to off a relay function for relaying communications between the wireless base station and the communication terminal based on the satisfaction of a predetermined condition; and a signal transmitter for transmitting, to the communication terminal, establishing a wireless communication connection with the relay apparatus, a signal to execute handover to a handover destination which is identified before the predetermined condition has been satisfied if the predetermined condition has been satisfied.
Methods and apparatuses for performing cell (re)selection in non-public network
An Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) node that communicates over a radio interface is provided. The IAB node includes: processing circuity configured to perform cell selection or cell reselection based on whether a corresponding cell is associated with an IAB donor or the IAB node. A hop number is defined for each of the IAB donor and the IAB node, where the hop number of the IAB donor is “0”.

Path processing method and apparatus, and terminal
This application discloses a path processing method, an apparatus, and a related computer-readable storage medium. In the method, whether there is an existing communication connection for a service flow is determined, and a service feature indicator corresponding to the existing communication connection satisfies a service feature condition required by the service flow. In a case of determining that there is the existing communication connection, a service packet is sent in the existing communication connection. In a case of determining that there is no existing communication connection, a new communication connection is established for the service flow, and a service packet is sent in the new communication connection, and a service feature indicator corresponding to the new communication connection satisfies the service feature condition required by the service flow.
COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND COMMUNICATION METHOD
A communication device, which is capable of communicating through a first communication line and a second communication line different from one another, includes one or more processors configured to: communicate through the first communication line in a keeping state of data to be communicated; in a case where the second communication line is unavailable, limit a communication of the data through the first communication line corresponding to a movement of the communication device; and in response to the second communication line becoming available, communicate the data through the second communication line.
