RELAY STATION APPARATUS, COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF COMMUNICATION
A relay station apparatus includes a communication unit configured to wirelessly communicate with a terminal apparatus and a base station apparatus, respectively, a first communication control unit configured to control communication with the base station apparatus, and a second communication control unit configured to control communication with the terminal apparatus. The first communication control unit measures a radio environment based on measurement control information received from the base station apparatus and determines whether to change the base station apparatus based on a measurement result of the radio environment. When determining that the base station apparatus need to be changed, the first communication control unit starts processing for changing the base station apparatus. The second communication control unit reduces the volume of communication with the terminal apparatus during the processing for changing the base station apparatus from a communication volume before the processing for changing the base station apparatus.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SELECTING SIM CARD
The present invention discloses methods and systems for selecting at least one SIM card for data communication at a wireless communication device which is capable of housing a plurality of SIM cards. When a switching condition is satisfied, the wireless communication device selects a second SIM card group, and disconnects one or more connections established using any non-second group SIM card. Non-second group SIM cards are SIM cards that are not in the second SIM card group. A selected SIM card from the second SIM card group is then used for data communications. The steps are repeated until (i) the switching condition is no longer satisfied, (ii) no more SIM cards selected from the second SIM card group can be used for data communications or (iii) no more connection is made using non-second group SIM cards

Method by which PGW processes data for UE in wireless communication system, and apparatus therefor
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method by which a packet data network gateway (PGW) processes data for an UE in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a tracking area identifier (TAI) list from a mobility management entity (MME); and receiving downlink data for the UE from a network, wherein the PGW buffers the downlink data when all of the tracking areas (TAs), which belong to the TAI list, are not included in the same serving gateway (SGW) service region.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD USED FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION
Provided are an electronic device and method used for wireless communication. The electronic device comprises: a processing circuit, configured to: acquire a first candidate list of a first mobile base station, wherein the first candidate list comprises at least some neighbour nodes of the first mobile base station; determine a neighbour node as a second mobile base station from the first candidate list, wherein the second mobile base station is capable of replacing the first mobile base station as a successor base station of the first mobile base station for continuing to provide a service for a current user; and acquiring a second candidate list of the second mobile base station, wherein the second candidate list comprises at least some neighbour nodes of the second mobile base station.
Information processing device, information processing method, and program
Provided is an information processing device including a decision unit to decide, based on process capability information acquired through a first communication path from at least one of a first and second control target device which are target devices to be caused to perform wireless communication through a second communication path that is different from the first communication path, the process capability information, a transmission target control target device between the first and second control target device to which connection information of the other control target device is to be transmitted out of connection information acquired from each of the first and second control target device through the first communication path, and a transmission control unit to cause the connection information of the other control target device to be transmitted to the transmission target control target device.

Transmission opportunity control method and apparatus
An access point sends a first frame. The first frame carries a TXOP handover enforcement THE indication field which is a first value or a second value. The first value instructs a station that has accessed a channel to hand over a held TXOP to the access point, and the second value instructs the station that has accessed the channel to hand over the held TXOP to the access point when a handover condition is satisfied. It can be learned that the STA hands over the held TXOP to the AP. Therefore, the AP may be a TXOP holder through the TXOP handover even if the AP fails to obtain the channel through contention, so that a probability of holding the TXOP by the AP is improved, a probability of scheduling a STA by the AP is improved, and system resource utilization is improved.

Timing advance assisted measurement report for improved handover performance
An apparatus of wireless communication is configured to compute an timing advance (TA) estimate for a target cell. The TA estimate may be computed based on a measured TA for the serving cell and a time difference between a cell-specific reference signal (CRS) from the serving cell and a CRS from the target cell. The apparatus is also configured to determine whether an overshoot condition has occurred based on the timing advance estimate for the target cell. Furthermore, the apparatus is configured to refrain from triggering a handover to the target cell if an overshoot condition has occurred.
