Service layer registration
A service layer entity may register to another service layer entity and proactively request to gain access to the local services hosted by the registrar entity. A registrar entity may accept a registree entity's registration request but only grant access of its partial services to the registree entity. If a registree entity does not need to proactively request the services within its registration request message, the registrar entity decides what services may be needed by the registree entity and grants access of those services to the registree entity.

A base station sends, to a wireless device, a system information block (SIB) indicating that restricted local operator services (RLOS) are supported by a public land mobile network, and receives, from the wireless device and based on the SIB indicating support for the RLOS, a preamble. The base station sends a random access response to the preamble and receives at least one first radio resource control (RRC) message comprising a first information element indicating that an RRC connection of the wireless device is for the RLOS and a second information element comprising an attach request message indicating, to a mobility management entity (MME) configured with an RLOS access point name, that an attach request of the wireless device is for the RLOS. The base station sends to the wireless device a second RRC message comprising an attach accept message indicating acceptance of the RLOS by the MME.
Processing call requests when a user equipment is barred
Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a user, input associated with a call request. The UE may select a first subscription, of at least two subscriptions associated with the UE, based at least in part on at least one parameter associated with a unified access control (UAC) check for the call request. In the embodiments of this disclosure, the cell selection information associated with the configuration parameter of the reference signal of the cell is generated and sent, so that a terminal can perform cell selection based on the cell selection information. Therefore, terminals supporting different reference signal configurations can be deployed in a network.
Cell reselection control method
A cell reselection control method according to an embodiment comprises transmitting, by a base station configured to manage a cell having a first coverage and a second coverage as a portion enhanced more than the first coverage, to a radio terminal under the cell, a reselection instruction that instructs to reselect a neighboring cell different from the cell, and reselecting, by the radio terminal, the neighboring cell according to the reselection instruction when the radio terminal is in the second coverage.
