Wireless communication methods and corresponding base stations and user terminals
Provided are wireless communication methods and corresponding base stations and user terminals. The wireless communication method performed by the base station includes generating indication information indicating a support capability of the base station for user terminals of different heights and/or types; and transmitting the indication information to user terminals within a cell managed by the base station. The wireless communication method performed by the user terminal includes receiving indication information indicating a support capability of a base station for user terminals of different heights and/or types; and selecting a portion of information that matches its own height and/or type from the indication information.

Method for discovering device in mesh network
A method for discovering devices in a mesh network. After receiving a plurality of request frames sent by a large number of first devices, a second device sends a response frame via broadcast form times, at an interval of n; and each first device that receives the response frame establishes a mutual discovery relationship with the second device. In the event that an extremely large number of devices are present in the mesh network, the present invention may greatly improve the probability of discovery between devices, and effectively suppress network storming, thereby enabling the mesh network to maintain a good network performance.
Cell quality derivation configuration
According to certain embodiments, a method is disclosed for use in a network node. The method comprises determining at least one parameter N per carrier frequency. The parameter N indicates a maximum number of beams to be used by a wireless device for signal measurements in a cell. The method comprises communicating the parameter(s) N to the wireless device.
Apparatus and methods for EHT multi-link BBS parameter update
Embodiments of the present invention provide apparatus and methods for announcing a BSS parameter updates for a wireless link that can be received by a MLD even when the MLD is not listening for parameter updates on that specific link by employing a different wireless link to broadcast, receive, and/or signal the BSS parameter update. An MLD can update the BSS parameters of the wireless link and use the wireless link according to the updated BSS parameters (e.g., after performing a channel switch). According to some embodiments, an STA within an AP MLD transmits an information elements (IE) including BSS parameter updates associated with a different STA (operating on a different wireless link) within the AP MLD.

Method for deriving cell quality and device supporting the same
Provided are a method of deriving cell quality and a device supporting the method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method includes: detecting reference signals in a first period; detecting that a specific reference signal among the reference signals is not detected in a second period; and considering that a quality of the specific reference signal which is not detected in the second period as a quality of the specific reference signal measured in the first period.
Parameter exchange during emergency access using extensible authentication protocol messaging
Enabling the exchange of connection parameters where a user equipment (UE) lacks a secret shared with the network (e.g. a server), such as key materials, and lacks a valid certificate. In some embodiments, the connection parameters may be exchanged via EAP messages. In certain aspects, and particularly with respect to emergency attach, a simplified protocol is used with limited overhead because the UE does not attempt to authenticate the network, and the network does not attempt to authenticate the UE.

Gateway selection controlled by network
A method, computer program product and a user equipment (UE) are provided for assisting a user equipment (UE) in selecting a network function. A first message is received from the UE. The first message includes UE request capabilities. A second message is sent to the UE. The second message includes an indication that promotes the UE attempting to connect to a particular Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) using a network function belonging to the particular PLMN.
