The user terminal also notifies the base station of second information indicating an unsuccessful connection, in response to an unsuccessful connection to all of the wireless LAN access point indicated by the plurality of identifiers.

A network access method includes logging in to a shared server via a shared account, if a mobile communication terminal detects that a network identification of a public land mobile network (PLMN) of a visited place does not exist in a local memory; searching the shared network information in the shared server online via a network and acquiring the network identification of the PLMN of the visited place from the shared network information, after the shared server is logged in to; adding the network identification of the PLMN of the visited place to an EPLMN list by the mobile communication terminal; and accessing a network according to the EPLMN list.

A network access method includes transmitting a request for acquiring shared network information to a shared server if a mobile communication terminal detects that a network identification of a PLMN of a visited place does not exist in a local memory of the mobile communication terminal; receiving the shared network information which the shared server transmits in response to the request, and acquiring the network identification of the PLMN of the visited place from the shared network information; adding the network identification of the PLMN of the visited place to an EPLMN list by the mobile communication terminal; and accessing a network according to the EPLMN list.

A network access method includes transmitting a request for acquiring shared network information to a shared server if a mobile communication terminal detects that a network identification of a PLMN of a visited place does not exist in a local memory of the mobile communication terminal; receiving the shared network information which the shared server transmits in response to the request, and acquiring the network identification of the PLMN of the visited place from the shared network information; adding the network identification of the PLMN of the visited place to an EPLMN list by the mobile communication terminal; and accessing a network according to the EPLMN list.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method whereby a terminal performs an operation related to public land mobile network (PLMN) selection related to ProSe direct communication in a wireless communication system, the method for performing an operation related to PLMN selection comprising the step of selecting a PLMN, wherein the terminal performs the selection of the PLMN if: the terminal is no longer within the coverage of the selected PLMN; a registered PLMN does not exist; and a radio resource for ProSe direct communication is provided to the terminal.

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a method whereby a terminal performs an operation related to public land mobile network (PLMN) selection related to ProSe direct communication in a wireless communication system, the method for performing an operation related to PLMN selection comprising the step of selecting a PLMN, wherein the terminal performs the selection of the PLMN if: the terminal is no longer within the coverage of the selected PLMN; a registered PLMN does not exist; and a radio resource for ProSe direct communication is provided to the terminal.

A method for a UE to perform public land mobile network (PLMN) selection associated with ProSe direct communication in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: selecting a PLMN; and registering with the PLMN, wherein the UE performs ProSe direct communication in the selected PLMN without executing PLMN selection any more, even if the UE fails to register with the selected PLMN, wherein ProSe direct communication in the selected PLMN is performed in a limited service state, wherein the UE is in the limited service state when the UE has not discovered a suitable cell, when the UE receives “PLMN not allowed” or when the UE receives “GPRS not allowed”.

A method for a UE to perform public land mobile network (PLMN) selection associated with ProSe direct communication in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: selecting a PLMN; and registering with the PLMN, wherein the UE performs ProSe direct communication in the selected PLMN without executing PLMN selection any more, even if the UE fails to register with the selected PLMN, wherein ProSe direct communication in the selected PLMN is performed in a limited service state, wherein the UE is in the limited service state when the UE has not discovered a suitable cell, when the UE receives “PLMN not allowed” or when the UE receives “GPRS not allowed”.
