Terminal and transmission method

Provided is a terminal which can suitably transmit an uplink signal. In a terminal (100), a PC parameter control unit (104) sets a first power control parameter corresponding to a first service, when a prescribed condition relating to a control channel used for transmission of uplink signal allocation is met, and sets a second power control parameter corresponding to a second service, when the prescribed condition is not met. A transmission unit (109) transmits the uplink signal by using transmission power calculated by using the first power control parameter or the second power control parameter.

SIGNALING FOR INTER-BASE STATION INTERFERENCE ESTIMATION

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating one or more communication patterns from a base station. The one or more communication patterns may indicate to the UE to adjust one or more parameters for transmitting an uplink communication during a set of time resources, a set of beams, a set of ports, or any combination thereof. During the resources indicated in the one or more communication patterns, the base station may estimate a cross-link interference channel between the base station and a second base station. The one or more communication patterns may indicate a hopping pattern for each subband of a bandwidth part. The base station may configure the UE with a timing advance based on the message.

Multiplexing initial access and data transmissions in assisted millimeter wave systems

Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for multiplexing initial access transmissions with data and/or control transmissions. For example, the techniques include a method for wireless communication by a first base station (BS). The method includes communicating, in a first time interval, with at least a first user equipment (UE), via directional transmissions using a first set of frequency resources, and participating in at least one of an access or management procedure, during the first time interval, via directional transmissions using a second set of frequency resources.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for a transmission of uplink control information (UCI) from a user equipment (UE) to a base station using uplink shared channel resources in the absence of other uplink shared channel data. Based in the UCI and uplink control parameters, the UE may determine an uplink power for transmission of the UCI based at least in part on a spectrum efficiency or a number of bits per resource element (BPRE) for the UCI.

Vehicle-to-everything (V2X) inter-user equipment (UE) coordination

A method of wireless communication performed by a first user equipment (UE) includes measuring first sensing information and receiving second sensing information from a second UE. The method also includes combining the second sensing information with the first sensing information based on determining a combining condition is satisfied. The method further includes identifying transmission resources from the combined sensing information. The method still further includes transmitting data via the identified transmission resources.
