Methods and Apparatuses for Configuration of Monitoring for Terminal Device
20220210677 · 2022-06-30 ·

Methods and apparatuses for configuration of monitoring for terminal device are disclosed. According to an embodiment, a subscriber management node determines multiple first parameters which are provided from one or more servers and indicate requirements for monitoring a same terminal device. The subscriber management node determines, based on the multiple first parameters, a second parameter which is to be applied to the same terminal device to satisfy the requirements indicated by the multiple first parameters.

Method and System for Collecting and Managing Remote Sensor Data
20220178247 · 2022-06-09 ·

A system, method, and device for monitoring one or more sensors at a remote location. The system allows a user to register multiple sensors to the user's account. When the sensors are deployed at a remote location for measuring various properties of their surrounding environments, they collect data which is then transmitted to a server. The user may then monitor the data by connecting to the server via a client device, and receive alerts when the data satisfies certain conditions.

PLANNING AN INSTANT FOR TRANSMITTING A MESSAGE OVER A BROADCASTING CHANNEL
20220182922 · 2022-06-09 ·

A method for transmitting a broadcasting message by an access network intended for a group of terminals. The terminals are configured to recurrently and asynchronously transmit polling messages intended for the access network. An instant for transmitting the broadcasting message is determined on the basis of information relating to the recurrence of the polling messages transmitted by the terminals of the group. Before transmitting the broadcasting message and for each polling message received from a terminal of the group, a response message including one or more parameters relating to the transmission of the broadcasting message is transmitted. The response message needs to be received by the terminal during a listening window with a predetermined duration following the transmission of the polling message. The broadcasting message is transmitted over the broadcasting channel at the determined transmission instant.

Aspects of the present disclosure are drawn to a client device for use with a Wi-Fi network device, a second client device, and a third client device. The Wi-Fi network device has a host table stored therein. The host table lists the second client device and the third client device. The client device is able to associate with the Wi-Fi network device, identify the second client device, and identify the third client device. The client device also creates a monitored devices list of client devices associated with the Wi-Fi network based on the host table. The client device also adds the second client device to the monitored devices list and determines, from the host table, whether the second client device is currently associated with the Wi-Fi network device. The client device additionally provides an indication when the second client device is currently associated with the Wi-Fi network device.

Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE) to support dual-connectivity with a Master Evolved Node-B (MeNB) and a Secondary eNB (SeNB) are disclosed herein. The UE may receive downlink traffic packets from the MeNB and from the SeNB as part of a split data radio bearer (DRB). At least a portion of control functionality for the split DRB may be performed at each of the MeNB and the SeNB. The UE may receive an uplink eNB indicator for an uplink eNB to which the UE is to transmit uplink traffic packets as part of the split DRB. Based at least partly on the uplink eNB indicator, the UE may transmit uplink traffic packets to the uplink eNB as part of the split DRB. The uplink eNB may be selected from a group that includes the MeNB and the SeNB.

Methods providing NAS connection identifications and related wireless terminals and network nodes

A method at a wireless terminal (UE) may include providing a first NAS connection with a network node (AMF) through a first access node (AN_1), wherein a first NAS CID is associated with the first NAS connection. While providing the first NAS connection, a second NAS CID may be allocated for a second NAS connection with the network node (AMF) through a second access node (AN_2). A registration request message may be transmitted to the network node (AMF) to request the second NAS connection, wherein transmitting the registration request message includes performing integrity protection for the registration request message using the second NAS CID. A security mode command message may be received from the network node (AMF), wherein the security mode command message corresponds to the registration request message. Responsive to receiving the security mode command message, a security mode complete message may be transmitted to the network node (AMF) through the second access node (AN_2).
