DEVICE AUTHENTICATION IN A WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS NETWORK
Systems and methods for authenticating User Equipment (UE) are disclosed. The method includes a network obtaining a cross-registration status for the UE based on receiving a registration request from the UE. The network can execute a network registration response according to the cross-registration status that represents a permission given to the UE to register outside of an original network.

BANDWIDTH ALLOCATION AND MANAGEMENT IN A WIRELESS NETWORK
A network environment includes a communication management resource in communication with customer premises equipment through a wireless base station. The communication management resource (such as a spectrum access system) receives a request for allocation of a wireless channel from customer premises equipment. The request is generated via the customer premises equipment and communicated through the wireless base station to the communication management resource. In addition to receiving the allocation request from the customer premises equipment, the communication management resource receives channel selection information from the wireless base station. Via the channel selection information, the wireless base station suggests/selects a wireless channel to assign for use by the customer premises equipment. In response to receiving the request, and in accordance with the channel selection information, the communication management resource allocates a selected wireless channel to the customer premises equipment as indicated by the channel selection information.

Methods, systems, and devices for establishing an active subscription for services of a mobile network
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, detecting an expiration of a subscription associated with a communication device, wherein the subscription is for services of a mobile network, and enabling an interim profile that provides the communication device with limited connectivity over the mobile network, wherein the limited connectivity facilitates communication with a subscription manager node of the mobile network. Various embodiments can include communicating with the subscription manager node to establish an active subscription for services of the mobile network and enabling an operational profile comprising subscription information associated with the active subscription. Other embodiments are disclosed.

METHOD, APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR EXPEDITING AN EMERGENCY SERVICES INITIATION
A method, apparatus, and computer program product provide enhanced emergency services fallback procedures. The user equipment may indicate the emergency services fallback within the registration request message to a network entity, such as the access and mobility management function. Upon receiving the registration request message the emergency services fallback procedure is triggered. The user equipment receives an indication, such as via an access stratum layer and the received indication is considered, such as by the non-access stratum layer in the user equipment, as the registration response message. The user equipment is configured to respond differently upon receiving differently configured registration response rejection messages or upon expiration of a response timer.

Radio access system and portable terminal device
As a result of ISR being enabled between a portable terminal device and a network which are capable of communicating by using the communication protocols of a plurality of wireless access technologies, the portable terminal device performs position registration processing between the plurality of wireless access technologies and the portable terminal device each time a fixed period of time elapses, and the portable terminal device is able to move between the plurality of wireless access technologies that have already been registered, without conducting new position registration processing. At this time, if there is a possibility of there being a difference in ISR states (activated or not activated) between the portable terminal device and the network, the portable terminal device ignores any instructions issued by the network for ISR to be enabled in the portable terminal device.
