TERMINAL PERFORMING REGISTRATION IN NON-3GPP ACCESS AND METHOD PERFORMED BY SAME
One disclosure of the present specification provides a method performed by a terminal that performs registration in a non-3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) access. According to the method, the terminal may receive a rejection message including a value of a back-off timer. In addition, the terminal may determine a value of a non-3GPP de-registration timer on the basis of the value of the back-off timer. In this case, the value of the non-3GPP de-registration timer may be determined to be greater than the value of the back-off timer.
NETWORK ACCESS GUIDE METHOD, APPARATUS, AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A network access guide method for a terminal to access a first network, an apparatus, and an electronic device are provided. The network access guide method includes: sending assistance information to an access network side device of a second network by a core network functional entity of the second network, where the assistance information is used to instruct the terminal access the first network.

NETWORK REGISTRATION METHOD FOR TRAFFIC STEERING AND DEVICE SUPPORTING THE SAME
A network registration method for traffic steering and a device supporting the same is provided. An Access and mobility Management Function (AMF) receives a registration request message from a UE over a second non-3rd Generation Partnership Project (non-3GPP) access. The registration request message includes information related to access witching from a first non-3GPP access to the second non-3GPP access. Based on the registration request message, the AMF i) performs a normal registration procedure, and ii) delays a Unified Data Management (UDM) registration procedure. In addition, upon receiving, from a Session Management Function (SMF), information informing that the access switching from the first non-3GPP access to the second non-3GPP access is completed for the UE, the AMF performs an Access Network (AN) release procedure over the first non-3GPP access, performs the delayed UDM registration procedure.

Method and UE for performing rid update in UE in wireless communication network
The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. Embodiments herein provide a method for performing a routing ID (RID) update in user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication network.

System and method for using multiple wireless devices on a single wireless phone number
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, responsive to a first registration request to access a mobile network, determining whether a first phone number associated with a first IMSI assigned to a first SIM of a first mobile device matches a second phone number associated with a second IMSI assigned to a second SIM of a second mobile device, determining whether the second mobile device is currently registered to the mobile network, and, in turn, sending a request for authentication to register the first mobile device and to deregister the second mobile device, determining whether a response to the request for the authentication code matches an authentication code, and responsive to the determining the response matches the authentication code, registering the first mobile device to the mobile network and deregistering the second mobile device from the mobile network. Other embodiments are disclosed.

SELECTIVE INDICATIONS TOWARDS USER EQUIPMENT
Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for selective indications towards a UE (110), for example, at de-registration (110) from an AMF with request to re-register (130) with another AMF, are provided.
