METHOD TO PROVIDE AD HOC AND PASSWORD PROTECTED DIGITAL AND VOICE NETWORKS
A method and system includes the ability for individuals to set up an ad hoc digital and voice network easily and rapidly to allow users to coordinate their activities by eliminating the need for pre-entry of data into a web or identifying others by name, phone numbers or email. This method is especially useful for police, fire fighters, military, first responders or other emergency situations for coordinating different organizations at the scene of a disaster to elevate conventional communication problems either up and down the chain of command or cross communication between different emergency units. The method and system provides that the users are only required to enter a specific Server IP address and an ad hoc event name, a password and perhaps the name of the particular unit.
Sequenced device alerting
Disclosed in some examples are methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums that assign a same identifier to a plurality of a user's communication devices. A communication server alerts only one device of the plurality of communication devices at a time in response to a communication establishment request from a calling communication device directed to the identifier. If the user fails to answer the alert, another device is chosen and alerted according to a particular sequence of devices until the user either answers or until all devices (or a determined subset of devices) have been tried. In some examples, the communication devices are reachable by the communication service via an alternative address known to the communication server, such as an Internet Protocol (IP) address.

Mobility level control device and mobility level control method
An MS 300 controls a mobility level (IMM) of user device in an idle mode depending on a movement; state of the user device. The ME 300 includes a movement state acquisition section 320 that acquires the movement state of the user device, a mobility level selector 330 chat selects a mobility level out of the multiple mobility levels based on the movement state of the user device acquired by the movement state acquisition section 320, and a mobility level notification section 340 that notifies the user device of the mobility level selected by the mobility level selector 330.

METHOD FOR SCHEDULING PAGING IN TELECOMMUNICATION NETWOK
Method for scheduling paging in telecommunication network making the list candidate base station to send paging message. This method based on the Haversine formula to calculate distance between pair of base station from position information (latitude, longitude) and filter by situation: Distance=<Δ*Min (which Δ is 3) to make the list candidate base station for each of base station in list input. This method is useable for the telecommunication system which need to page UE for mobile terminated (MT) service.
Grant-free resource configuration method and apparatus
A grant-free resource configuration method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: listening to, by a terminal device, a physical downlink control channel on a paging occasion by using a grant-free resource configuration identifier; and obtaining, by the terminal device on the physical downlink control channel or a physical downlink shared channel indicated by the physical downlink control channel, grant-free resource configuration information sent by a network device. In this grant-free resource configuration solution, the terminal device listens to a physical downlink control channel on a same paging occasion by using different identifiers, and obtains grant-free resource configuration information. A configuration occasion is preset, to ensure that the grant-free resource configuration information can be effectively received by the terminal device. In addition, the grant-free resource configuration identifier is used, to facilitate grant-free resource configuration for the terminal device.
PAGING PROCEDURES WITH INCREASED GRANULARITIES
Provided herein are various techniques and solutions to paging user equipment (UE). In particular, paging at higher levels of granularity, such as a beam level, for low mobility or stationary UEs in inactive and/or idle states are described. An apparatus may be configured to receive, from a network, a message configuring at least one beam notification area associated with positioning of the apparatus. The at least one beam notification area may include a set of beams corresponding to a set of cells identified by the network as candidates for carrying a paging message for the apparatus in the at least one beam notification area. The apparatus may be further configured to receive the paging message from the network via one of the set of beams corresponding to one of the set of cells in which the apparatus is positioned based on the at least one beam notification area.
