Information transmission method and apparatus
This application provides an information transmission method when a terminal device accesses a serving radio access network (RAN) device. The terminal device receives an identifier of a first cluster-data function (C-DF) associated with the serving RAN device from the serving RAN device, where the first C-DF is located in a radio access network and stores current data of the terminal device. When the terminal device camps on the serving RAN device longer than or equal to a first threshold, the terminal device stores the identifier of the first C-DF.
OPTIMIZATION OF TRACKING AREA LISTS FOR WIRELESS DEVICE PAGING
A method for maintaining a tracking area list, TAL, associated with a first wireless device, WD, in a network having network nodes organized into tracking areas, TA, and arranged to page the first WD. The method includes obtaining data associated with a transition pattern of WDs between TAs in the network, the data being indicative of transition probabilities for WDs moving between the TAs, receiving a message indicating that the first WD is leaving a TA and is entering a current TA, and maintaining the TAL by adding the current TA to the TAL and selecting TAs neighboring the current TA for addition to the TAL based on the transition probabilities of a wireless device moving from the current TA and into neighboring TAs, a neighboring TA associated with high transition probability is selected for addition to the TAL before a neighboring TA associated with low transition probability.

Exchange, wireless network control device, wireless network device, and wireless communication network system
An RNC includes: a first call request reception unit configured to receive from an exchange a first call request to only an already located wireless cell; a presumably located wireless cell derivation unit configured to derive a presumably located wireless cell in which a target communication terminal device is presumably located; a first call making unit configured to make a call to the already located wireless cell and the presumably located wireless cell; a call response signal transmission unit configured to transmit a response signal to the call, to the exchange; a second call request reception unit configured to receive from the exchange a second call request to a wireless cell different from the already located wireless cell, in a case where the response signal to the first call request has not been transmitted; and a second call making unit configured to make the call to the different wireless cell.
High frequency wireless communication system paging
Systems and methods of wireless communication of a paging signal are disclosed. According to some aspects of the disclosure, a sequence of a plurality of beam configurations may be selected for use in communicating a paging signal between a pair of wireless devices. Beam configurations can include beam configurations of different angular widths. Beam configurations may be iteratively used to attempt to successfully communicate the paging signal between the pair of wireless devices. Each iteration may use a beam configuration of a different angular width and/or a plurality of facing angles. Other aspects, embodiments, and features are also claimed and described.

PAGING CONTROL METHOD, COMMUNICATION CONTROL APPARATUS AND BASE STATION
A paging control method in a mobile communication system including a base station and a communication control apparatus, including: an instruction step in which, in a state where a connection between the base station and the communication control apparatus is established, the base station transmits a connection maintaining instruction signal to the communication control apparatus; and a paging step in which, when the communication control apparatus that receives the connection maintaining instruction signal receives downlink data for the user apparatus, the communication control apparatus holds the downlink data in a buffer and transmits a paging signal for the user apparatus while maintaining the connection between the base station and the communication control apparatus.
